21/10/2026: Really nice place! Great location, right in the heart of Clarinbridge next to the river. There is plenty of parking space as well.
We were a group of 6 adults and 3 kids for lunch and they accommodated us very well. The menu is great with good options. The service was fantastic and the food was very good!

19/11/2025: Poppyseed is a wonderful place to spend an hour beside the river with an outdoor seated area overlooking the river and bay. The food is freshly cooked to order with plenty of variety. Coffee is the best I’ve had in any location worldwide!! Seriously, the coffee is a lovely blend. It is the heartbeat of Clarinbridge village. It has a beautiful garden centre practically linked to its back entrance. The staff are just lovely, well trained and very friendly. Go and enjoy. Pat Surlis
