29/12/2025: Rang enquiring for dining in the bar this morning told by female yes dining till 3.30 available . I drove to Bianconi from Killarney after picking up guests from London to dine only to be asked ‘have you a booking?’- I said no but rang & lady said the dining Available till 3.30. She never alerted me to pre Bon she implied yes dining available turn up . It was not professional the way the young girl told me ‘nothing available ‘ & then she turned her back & told 2 other ladies working behind the bar the 4 of us wanted to dine there & they agreed no. Looking found the tables 2 were sitting 4 place tables & other tables were paying ! Why be so unwelcoming ? If it’s all too much to manage they should stay closed . they closed enough of the days as it is or else open more to accommodate visiting guests paying their wages . The lady that answered the phone should have advised me booking was necessary if she was trained in customer services . So not a great place for visitors .

27/12/2025: The place is closed, and there's no information online. I came for nothing.

30/10/2025: If I had only tried them earlier in my trip. So wonderful fish was tender inside light crispy coating, no oil laying on the outside. Perfect fries. Enjoyed openess of space, tables to sit at or wait for take away. Take away was quick and pleasant customer service. If in this area again will be visiting often.

10/01/2026: Had a great experience, staff very efficient and friendly, food was unbelievable, as a family made feel very welcome .would highly recommend..great atmosphere and compliments to the staff..

29/12/2025: Visited Yesterday for Lunch, beautifully decorated , lovely atmosphere. Food and service absolutely outstanding. Staff very Friendly. Owned by Father and Son Ger Team. 👏👏 Extremely well run. Will visit again very soon. Thanks
