11/04/2025: Disturbing. I attempted to have a business lunch, but the experience was overshadowed by a disturbing incident involving what appeared to be the female owner. She was openly scolding guests at a table for leaving an unfavourable review, speaking to them in a condescending and aggressive manner. At one point, she even told them not to speak while she berated them for sharing negative feedback. The entire scene was uncomfortable, degrading, and left other diners visibly shocked. It was an unprofessional display that completely undermined any sense of hospitality. I have been disappointed regularly in past by being ignored for ages only to get over or undercooked food, but this incident was over the top. Not a placed to meet to impress guests.

It was an unprofessional display that completely undermined any sense of hospitality. Not somewhere to impress business persons or a relatives. Several times I have been there and found being ignored by multiple staff for ages normal routine, food choice menu is limited and usually takes long to arrive and then is mostly over or under cooked and definitely over priced for the experience.

21/02/2025: Had dinner here on Feb 8th before a show. I ordered a half of roast chicken with potatoes & mixed veg. I got a half of chicken alright hardly any chicken on it, it was all bone, piled with mash spud and a bucket of carrots no other veg (must have thought I needed the carrots because I wear glasses). The presentation was shocking and the dinner was v tasteless...v disappointed. The staff were friendly.
14/02/2025: Went for a dinner on Valentines day.
The first impression was the hotel has spent more money on the website than the actual interiors. We went in expecting for a 3coure meal with a glass of prosecco for a certain price, which I had made the reservation for,but we were told it's only for the guests staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, no such information was given when making the table reservation. However, we went in for the dinner anyway. The food was OK, but after a while my partner felt sick and that was his rest of the evening spent in the toilet. So overall, not a great experience.
