Bella Bia
Tralee
18/07/2025: Food was absolutely delicious! I had the Ravioli with spinach and ricotta. We showed up without booking and it was very busy. We were lucky, as they made a plan to accommodate us. The food was very well priced, especially for a restaurant that makes delicious food! Will definitely be going there again when we visit Tralee again.
23/06/2025: Hidden gem of Tralee, immediately seated, great service, cheap food yet tastes devine, lovely interior

Novecento
An daingean
15/07/2025: Best pizza ever, we had our just on the beach.
Highly recommend
08/07/2025: Perfectly fine pizza by the slice. We didn’t expect pizza slices sitting under the warmer to be delicious, but the staff was nice, and it was open late. Good option for a quick bite in the late evening.

Robertinos
Killarney
19/07/2025: Fast service, delicious pasta with lots of flavor. Large portion of fish and chips, perfectly fine.
13/07/2025: Terrible. As Italians, we can say this was the worst Italian restaurant we've ever tried in Ireland. We didn't find any olive oil in the dishes, but I think it was seed oil. The pasta with pesto had such an acidic aftertaste that it almost immediately gave me a stomach ache. The bruschetta alla romana was full of garlic, and there was no olive oil there either. Then a plate of pasta with pesto cost €19.90, come on...

The Oratory Pizza and Wine Bar
Cahirciveen
05/07/2025: Visited 2 weeks ago when on holiday, was recommended by someone we had met the previous days when we told them we'd be in Cahersiveen. To be honest it was not the best experience - not horrible or bad per se, just not great. The pizzas are not really pizzas - they're more like a tortilla wrap with toppings. It was so hard to tell what kind of dough the base was as it was so thin. But it really did not resemble any pizza I've ever had (and trust me, I eat pizza!). The building itself is obviously beautiful, it's great to be able to sit and have a meal in such a venue, but the place was pretty dead, and as a result the staff (who were all young - no older than early 20s) didn't really give the impression they could be arsed, to be frank. Again, there was no rudeness etc. but a very clear lack of any kind of effort, no smiles, barely any words, and by the time we had paid they seemed glad to get rid of us (we were the last people in, but this was before closing). There was a really awkward interaction between them and a couple who'd come in to order pizza to takeaway too. It was all just a bit odd and the food was not very good. I wouldn't go back, mostly because of the food - it's just not pizza! If they upped their game and started making real pizza dough etc I'd probably give it another chance, in spite of all of the other issues. The tourist season didn't really feel like it had began when we were there so perhaps this is why it was so dead and the staff were quite lackluster and had given up mentally. Who knows. Anyway - I'm not saying don't try this place, you may have a completely different experience. This is just the one we had 🙂
14/06/2025: Great atmosphere in this desecrated church.

Little Italy
An daingean
18/07/2025: Super friendly service, delicious and authentic food. We went here twice and were not disappointed either time.
15/07/2025: Taste is perfect, but the portions are to small for an adult but still cost a lot. It is like if they want to force you to take a Dessert.

The Old Anchor
Annascaul
05/07/2025: Nice B&B with clean and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.
12/06/2025: Above and beyond experience! We arrived wet after walking from Camp. Knew we could not check in until after 3 so had a pint at the Newly opened Dan Foley pub next door. Great experience there too. Back at the Old Anchor Brian got us checked in and put our wet boots in the drying closet. Great room! Comfy bed! Fabulous breakfast! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
