The best restaurantsof italian in Westmeath

20/03/2025: The food isn't bad, but nothing exceptional. However, the service leaves something to be desired. The waitress has a strange sense of priorities: she prefers to continue clearing glasses rather than seating or handling customers. And tourists are, of course, treated like fools, charging for bottles of water when you ask for water by the carafe.

18/03/2025: honestly struggle to give this place even 1 star, my advice avoid if coming to athlone haven't come across service and staff as unfriendly and miserable as this in a very long time. it was a busy day and we had asked for starters aswell and the man said it was too busy ..... im sorry your in the wrong profession ,turning money away but ok , the staff who served us did not smile once and when we asked for ketchup for the kids we were met with an eye roll and sigh, we genuinely couldn't believe it!! Very much did not feel welcome, the food was medicore at best, but the service was so appalling I can't believe they have repeat customers, giving Italians a bad name with there ignorance will never step foot inside it again.
