The best restaurantsof italian in Westmeath

11/05/2026: Fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely amazing Best pizza & pasta we've had in a long time We got the pizza with burrata on top, so good and creamy chicken tikka fettuccine. Our son had never tried carbonara before and he loved it! The wine and the dessert were lovely too and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Athlone!

27/04/2026: I went there with my 2 sons both young adults. They said the food they ordered was really good. While my food was very hot and the portion sizes for all 3 meals was huge and the price very reasonable. My food was nice, nothing outstanding, i've have much better italian, but thats was in Rome, we didnt order pizzas but they looked nice. All said it was fine for a meal i didnt have to cook. Staff were plesent, helpful and polite.

02/06/2026: Excellent spot for food. Stopped for a small breckie this morning. Had a beautifully done poached egg on toast with a pot of tea. Reasonably priced. Normally I stop for a lunch or dinner and the food is always well presented, well cooked and an very adequate choice from a reasonably priced menu.

21/04/2026: Just stopped by for a bit of lunch and a glass of wine on a road trip with 4 of us. The owner is lovely and food was good. Cosy bar with lovely lights.

14/05/2026: Very friendly staff. Didn't eat there but food looked good.

11/05/2026: Had a good time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't realise that they only started their Al a carte service from 3. But they do carvery. Mine was delicious, I had the chicken Kiev. My boys had chips and goujons and did not like the goujons.
