09/09/2026: Pizza was SO good, no complaints there.
Complimentary water tho… had that full Athlone tap water metallic taste 😭 I get it, it’s free so you don’t have to drink it, but if you’re serving it, taste matters. Would be better to pour water from bottles or just skip it.
Extra point for toilet sign — looks like it helps keep it clean 😅

15/09/2026: Although tasty, the seafood chowder is not chunky..
Only chunks were the 3 prawns i got.
The fish is not in chunks! It is mixed in with the small diced potatoes and vegetables just like a stew.
Maybe my portion was on the boiler all day which thinned out the fish chunks ..i dunno
Its a nice place with reduced lighting which i like.

21/09/2026: Avoid Really disappointing experience. We found the restaurant very overpriced for what we received. €6 for a bottle of water is excessive, and the main courses were €19 without a side, with extra charges for sides on top. The starter was also very basic for the price.
Overall, we just didn’t feel the food or portions matched the prices, and unfortunately we left feeling it wasn’t good value for money. There are definitely better options around Athlone for the price.
15/09/2026: Expensive for what you get. Not wheelchair accessible. Food was pretty good.
