23/12/2025: Very large/oversized woman was rude and ignorant saw here visible laughing at a younger girls order ahead of me. I left the queue after seeing that and won’t be back, shocked especially for Christmas time
13/12/2025: Visiting costa coffee in Tesco Newbridge on 13.12.2025 staff appeared dirty when we ordered coffee. A staff member shouted from the counter in our language asking us to speak in a low voice saying other people were disturbing. The entire coffee shop was empty.

24/11/2025: Starbucks at Kildare Village is a great stop if you’re shopping nearby and need a comfortable, reliable coffee break. The space is generous and well-laid-out, which is a real bonus when the rest of the site can get crowded. You’ll find plenty of seating, good lighting, and the kind of atmosphere that invites you to sit down — whether you’re alone with your laptop, catching up with a friend, or recharging between stores.
The team here are very professional and friendly. They handle the rush gracefully, maintain good service even during busy times, and always make you feel welcome. It makes a difference when you can walk in, order quickly, and relax without feeling hurried.
Overall, if you’re out for a shopping day and want a solid spot to pause, Starbucks at Kildare Village delivers — comfort, service, and a nice environment.
06/10/2025: Had a coffee and carrot cake in branch yesterday evening. FYI was well before closing time.
Coffee initially served was cold. After I brought it to their attention counter staff brewed me a fresh cup quite quickly.
The coffee blend used is very unpleasant and management should urgently look at reviewing the blend(s) they use.
The carrot cake was also quite bland.
I appreciate it's a shopping centre with lots of transient passing trade, but that's no excuse for serving very poor coffee etc.

21/02/2025: Food was lovely with previous owner's, and I have to say I taught it got better with the new owner's, very tasty, that is, when they get your order correct, 2 delivery's in a row now, they sent out a munchie box with no seasoning at all, very bland and tasteless, we ordered online and stated clearly to make sure it had plenty of seasoning, please try and get your customers orders correct, you obviously need someone who can read English and understand the orders, they did offer to send a free one the next time we order, which is something I suppose, I guess we will have to wait and see if the seasoning is included, it's not a munchie box without seasoning in my opinion unless that's what your into.....🤦 i will have no problem upgrading my review in time if our orders are as placed, thanks

18/04/2025: I visited kildare village a couple of weeks ago and got a coffee from the little hut/coffee van down at the end near the water feature I didn't catch the girls name but she was so incredibly nice good chat friendly and the coffee was fab. I had visited another coffee doc area the week previously (not butlers) and it's was a desperate experience. Butlers will be my go to going forward.
