27/08/2025: Ordered a pizza and chips at 7.15pm, at 8.30pm still no pizza. A chipper that can't make and deliver a pizza, what an embarrassment.

21/02/2025: Food was lovely with previous owner's, and I have to say I taught it got better with the new owner's, very tasty, that is, when they get your order correct, 2 delivery's in a row now, they sent out a munchie box with no seasoning at all, very bland and tasteless, we ordered online and stated clearly to make sure it had plenty of seasoning, please try and get your customers orders correct, you obviously need someone who can read English and understand the orders, they did offer to send a free one the next time we order, which is something I suppose, I guess we will have to wait and see if the seasoning is included, it's not a munchie box without seasoning in my opinion unless that's what your into.....🤦 i will have no problem upgrading my review in time if our orders are as placed, thanks

20/09/2025: I waited for my order for nearly 120 mins = 2 hours now and it didn't came at all. So frustrating. Called the given number and no one has received it at all.
I am giving the rating of service as 1 as there's no way to give them -100.
Stay away.
11/09/2025: Ordered food online yesterday for delivery 10/09/25 paid by card 24 hours later still no sign of it or no revert payment ,I rang the phone numbers no answer from any of them all night 😕

01/08/2025: The atmosphere is really good and staff is very polite and gentle
30/06/2025: At the till, there was no question about membership in kildare Village, and membership gives 10% discount, so it should be asked before processing payment to all customer. I needed to ask if they accept the membership and she told me I should have said it to her beforehand to get the discount and that its now too late. Staff should be train basic customer service because not all customer will be aware of this discounts.

20/08/2025: Jessica and Takisha are quite possibly the nicest two young ladies I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, I had been having a bad day and the short few moments I got to chat to them improved it ten fold, as well as this the service was quick and my crepe was exquisite and delectable, I will 100% be back and I just pray I’ll run into those two beautiful girls again 😊 🙏
11/08/2025: Juliana and Zara are the best in customer service,it is so rear nowadays...they are hard working,very smiley and positive young ladies,they know how to make people happy and welcomed.My child is very happy,they were so warm even those we were almost the last customers.
I really appreciate how nice they are.It is not about food,it is about people who work for the place.I hope the business owner and managers appreciate their hard work as much as we do(regular local customers)

25/07/2025: The schedule on google is wrong they say they close at 20:00 and I went and it was closing at 16:40 and the problem is they say they close at 15:00 but they won’t take any order like thirthy minutes before That time

23/05/2025: If you like fresh fish, this is the shop for you. I visit East Coast seafood several times a week, the staff are pleasant and helpful and you will leave with a beautiful supply of fresh fish and new ideas.
The car park is usually quite busy but there is a public car park on Friary Road with easy access to the shop.
