05/03/2025: It’s a lovely place. Food is amazing there and taste unreal. Staff are always kind and lovely. Chelsea one of their staff members is so kind, attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for you to have a good time there.

28/09/2025: I had a terrible experience with one of their drivers , I came outside waiting for him to bring my pizza after that I called him to ask why is taking so long time and he start yelling at me because he is waiting for 5 minutes , this is ridiculous, this happened on Friday evening , he destroyed all my evening .The situation could not be resolved, and because of this, I had to order from somewhere else and wait another hour for the order to be processed and delivered.I like apache honestly , and we used to order very often from them but my advice do not use delivery service in Naas !!!!
26/09/2025: Literally 3 slices of peperoni per slice of pizza. Does this count as extra? If this is extra, how many slices is normal? All I know is that Dominoes would never treat a customer this way...
My reply: This reply is pathetic. It's your responsibility as a brand to manage the behaviour of your franchisees. I'm not going to do your job for you. As a customer I have a plethora of options. If you can't manage your business, that not my problem. It's not my brand reputation at risk.

16/08/2025: I had the chance to grab some takeout from this spot and tried the Massaman curry along with egg fried rice. The curry came with a generous portion of sauce and was fairly good, while the rice was cooked nicely. Overall, a solid place to pick up some tasty food at a reasonable price.
30/03/2025: Delivery was 2 hours late, had to ring.

07/10/2025: Tried this place out of a quick dinner. I asked for it for there and the lady put it all in a to-go bag. Dirty tables. Then the donner and chicken wrap was just average.

19/08/2025: This is a cost little cafe built into Dunes in Naas and I love going here because there's always a deal to be got if you watch the specials. I went for my regular which is a Latte and a sconce. It was €4.95 until two or three weeks ago but even at the new price of €5.15 it's still great value. The staff are always very nice as well.
17/08/2025: It may be "just in Dunnes" but the staff are great, the coffee is excellent and ... cake!

09/11/2024: Undeniably excellent coffee with unfortunately terrible management. I’ve been buying excellent coffee from VDA Naas for years as well as beans for my home machines but I’m having to reconsider supporting them due to their totally unpredictable opening hours.
I drove down to the shop today to find them unexpectedly closed. This is 4th time over the last few months this has happened to me. Usually there’s a sign on the door which is annoying but at least it’s an explanation. Opening hours for today (Saturday November 9th) state on Google and their social media they are open until 4pm. I arrived to the shop to find them closed, lights off and no explanation. There was nothing on their social media to explain why.
This is no way to run a business. How can I trust that I can enjoy a coffee from VDA Naas if I can never be sure they’re going to be open when I get there? It’s a fundamental expectation for a business to keep regular hours.
I’ll reconsider returning in future if there is some sort of effort to improve this but until then, I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere.
It’s extremely unfortunate as the coffee is great, the service is always friendly and it’s a lovely space to be in that’s dog friendly to boot. They just need to pull up their socks if they expect to compete with the vibrant coffee scene in Naas.

11/07/2025: Despite a very busy late Friday afternoon and only one staff member working, the staff was incredibly professional. It is not easy to manage the crowd solo but she did it with such a grace. That said, it might be worth considering some extra support. She truly did her best but no one should have to manage that alone.
