31/10/2024: Be warned! Dropped in on the way through the town at 6pm to grab a quick bag of chips... I was starving! To my horror, they were stone cold and it looks like they threw a few freshly cooked ones in on top of them to disguise their poor practice. Desperately disappointed as I'm going there for years and they never disappoint. Be careful guys... poor quality and dirty tricks that this will catch up with you!! As for your customers, check your chips are freshly cooked before you leave the shop....cold chips don't go down well!!
28/10/2024: ordered a delivery which was not very warm and the pizza had ham instead of the pepperoni that was ordered rang take away and explained which they sent another with the pepperoni

02/11/2024: Was just in and ordered a takeaway, I live less than a 5 minutes walk from it, when I got home and dished the food out it was lukewarm at best, there is always something wrong, not going to use them again....

24/10/2024: took a million years just for a spicebag werent even busy. foods COLD after waiting half an hour for it. curry sauce is cold and tastes disgusting. not happy not at all!!!
10/08/2024: If I could give this place negative stars I would, I ordered off this place 2 or 3 times and those times It was nice but I ordered a large spice box tonight and I am very disappointed thinking that the price of this spice box is a lot i would of got a lot more in it I paid almost 27 euro for hardly any chips and half chicken balls that weren’t even full, I rang the boss and he wasn’t considerate of what I was saying he kept interrupting me when I was trying speak about the disappointment of the meal. If I could suggest one thing is not to waste your money in this place and there is so many better Chineses out there. Here’s some photographic proof the spice box that got which is supposedly “large”. There wasn’t even a lot of taste of the chips and the curry was way too spicy and I don’t know why they gave a lot of curry sauce because there wasn’t even enough food to use it up.

Staff rude and laughing of me, suggesting to dry my car with paper towels.
Offering a solution for the problem that they cause, not telling or mentioning anywhere that your car will be left wet, isn't something that their come across in their minds, neither after asking for a solution.
ZERO customer care skills.
Keep yourself out of trouble, find better place to fuel or wash your car.

21/05/2024: We recently attended the Osprey Hotel Herald and Devoy Restaurant for a family occasion. We booked the Confirmation menu for 18 people. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. All my family were very impressed with the quality. The service was great and very friendly. Would definitely recommend for any occasion.
19/05/2024: I booked in about an hour in advance and on arrival the service was great initially! Got seated well and the woman who brought us was great, the waiter who’s name I do not know was also great as we ordered our food and drinks, we had no problem handing our ids to him but when a manager came back and interrogated us questioning whether we were actually the people in our ID’s which was quite insulting and then proceeded to interrogate his staff on whether we were actually ordering food or just drinking? Simply because we are young men does not mean we deserve the disrespect given to us when we arrive at the hotel after being incredibly polite to the staff and even booked in to eat food when we just wanted to get something to eat after we finished work? He continued to watch us as we got our food and made us feel quite uncomfortable as we just wanted a relaxing lunch, other than all of that the food was absolutely incredible and it was spot on other than that!

09/11/2023: One of the worst burgers i’ve ever had. Not sure what i ate, the meat was hard it was so cooked and of bad quality… and chips were frozen, hard chips…
All reviews about good burgers are from 1 to 3 years ago… should have looked at that first!

10/11/2024: The coffee here is good, but I was surprised to be charged 90 cents for just a small splash of cold oat milk in an Americano. I've never encountered that at other places.
