14/02/2025: Absolutely amazing. Very cozy and the staff is very polite. Would go there again!

14/02/2025: Food was good and hot and quick! Service was poor the place was not that busy table service was nonexistent plus no glass for the coke I ordered, suppose it's OK to drink from the bottle. Toilets were well maintained with an update chart that was up to date.

03/03/2025: Was very excited to try this place but unfortunately nothing tasted fresh and was not even warm so it was like they had cooked all the starters the night before. Main course was better thank god, it was a chicken tikka masala which was very tasty with delicious naan bread and rice

25/02/2025: Have always rated indie spice 5 star . Been going here since it opened everything I go home to naas. Some constructive criticism. Chicken not as tender as it used to be but flavours are amazing Portion sizes small compared to other Indian restaurants especially the rice. Getting excessively pricey. 85 euro for two main courses with one rice one chip and cheapest bottle of wine.

02/11/2024: My first visit here in a few years. The new owners have made minimal changes but they are welcome. Tremendous atmosphere. Traditional sessions take place weekly and are well supported Well done all.

19/03/2025: The coffee here is high quality and tastes fantastic, but what truly makes this place special is the staff. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Their friendliness and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. Highly recommended!

14/02/2025: Absolutely delicious, melt in the mouth scones. Fabulous presentation with little labels and a great variety of sweet and savoury. Got these for staff as a little treat and they went down a storm. 100% recommend and will order again!

14/02/2025: Have ordered scones from this business many times over the years and they have always been fresh and delicious. Always order a mix of sweet and savoury. My latest order was today. I contacted the company a number of times regarding the time of delivery and received a response each time. Timely delivery and beautiful scones. The delivery included a wonderful hand written card which was a lovely personal touch.

19/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at The Neighbourhood Restaurant and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly welcomed, and the whole evening set the tone for a perfect night out. Tom and Brian in particular were exceptional – their hospitality and attention to detail went above and beyond. The service throughout the evening was flawless. The lads ensured every need was met, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. It's clear that these two genuinely care about their guests and are experts in creating a memorable dining experience. As for the food – every dish was a masterpiece. It's not just a meal; it's an experience, one that will leave you thinking about it long after you've left the restaurant. It has truly earned its stellar reputation. I cannot recommend it enough, and if you're lucky enough to be served by Tom and Brian, you’re in for an extra special treat. They elevate the experience to another level!

15/03/2025: Food was just ok and very over priced. Of the 10 menu items that were ordered only 2 were even close to the standard expected for what we paid. Service was slow and not very attentive. Very disappointing.

10/12/2024: Had a wonderful meal here last Friday. The food is superb. The prawns in beurre blanc were fantastic. An amazing Veal that was so juicy and flavoursome. The service is fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

21/11/2024: Made a cake on order for an event we were hosting. The chocolate biscuit cake was phenomenal and the cake looked absolutely fantastic, really exceeded the brief all round. Thank you.

17/03/2025: Went here one night for a drink and ordered 2 cocktails. They were basically soft drinks as there was little alcohol in them despite the description. Have been there a couple of times during the day for food. They have a good menu and the food is typical of a regular pub. It's usually pretty quiet during the day.

15/03/2025: We came to the pub yesterday for a company bonding meeting but were confronted with a very unpleasant situation. A tiny childish barman with a moustache picked on us at the start because we hadn't given him our ID the first time because we had left our wallets in a jacket at the table which we had to go and get. We went to get our IDs, showed them at the bar the next time and alcohol was sold to us after a slight verbal sweat from the same bartender (you can see he was negative towards us from the start, he probably has some sort of illness with him and shouldn't be working with people) nevertheless we had fun for over an hour ordering food for over 100 euros and before the boogie bingo started security asked us to leave saying we didn't show the IDs we showed. After a short battle with the manager we had to leave anyway. It's a shame we weren't asked out at the beginning before we bought anything, it seems the management can only kick someone out when you just paid and don't want to order any more. We moved on to the pub next door and enjoyed ourselves 10 times better with no problem. Ridiculous situation and I would recommend the barman and manager to see a psychiatrist or go to playground play with sand

15/02/2025: Got a kinder milkshake , when I tell you it was just your normal milkshake with half kinder thrown on top , very disappointing, specially for the price . Waited very long for it too cuz I think they forgot about it .Staff is also quite rude. Maybe not everyone but I feel like place is a letdown food wise and service too.

13/03/2025: This place is an absolute disgrace, my mother has just arrived home in tears, after pre ordering and paying a deposit for a cake weeks ago. Arrives to collect today as planned, to be told we forgot. for a surprise birthday party happening in 3 hours and they offered no solution or apology just next time we can have a “free cake”. Can you explain what we do for an organised party in a couple of hours. 1 star is to good for the awful experience and service my mother has received.

16/03/2025: I am writing this review literally minutes after leaving the restaurant. First thing I will say is the food is good. However, if your favorite type of dining experience is paying 40 euro and leaving hungry then this is the place for you! I had the pad Thai for 16:50, a standard price but there was definitely more way more plate than food. I might be mad but normally when I leave an Indian restaurant there’s leftovers to take home. My partner ordered the railway lamb curry which was 17.99 for a ,no joke, SOUP BOWL, with 4 bits of lamb and a single cube of “Wexford potato”. No rice, no chips, a literal starter portion soup bowl for 17:99. Rice had to be ordered separate at 3.99. Our total came to 38:48. After paying the bill, I brought this to the attention of our waiter who brought out who I assume was the manager, who told me this was a standard portion for the lamb and that he will have a word with the chef. Why are you having a word with the chef if you’re positive the standard is four bits of lamb and a cube of potato. On top of this, you are allowed to choose whether you want the dish to be mild, hot or spicy. My partner asked for her soup bowl of lamb to be spicy and I don’t know what they think spicy is but I’d get more spice out of a plain scone. A cliché, but I’m not someone to leave negative reviews of places. There was no real apology from the manager who just kept nodding at me waiting for me to leave. I know when people see a review like this they think it’s unfair to leave one side of a story so I actually implore the readers to go to this restaurant and order exactly what we ordered. I have my receipt and I genuinely wish I took a picture of the bowl to show you how much I am not exaggerating the situation. I am not looking for a refund or any form of compensation. All I’m saying is that I’m going home with a bad taste in my mouth because we just went to the most expensive soup kitchen in the country. Beautiful decor though.
