27/12/2025: Very pathetic service. Quantity is very less. Reply to Owner (Edited Review): We had just returned from a long journey and were extremely hungry, expecting a pleasant dining experience. While the food itself was good, the service was very disappointing. We ordered a curry along with two naan breads. The naan arrived after about 15 minutes. We ate half of our meal and then waited another 10 minutes for the remaining naan. After asking the waiter, it took an additional 10 minutes to arrive. We were left waiting while our food went cold, which was extremely frustrating. When we asked about the delay, the waiter said the kitchen was being cleaned and was “getting ready.” However, other tables were being served during this time, while we were ignored. Regarding quantity, the portions were very small compared to similar restaurants in Dublin, especially considering the high prices. We chose not to raise an issue at the restaurant because it was Christmas time, and we didn’t want to create a scene. This review is not written with any bad intention. Giving honest feedback is not complaining—it is meant to help improve service. A good business grows by listening to feedback, not by becoming defensive. We hope you take this constructively and work on improving both service and portion value.

27/12/2025: Poor quality service , Adding to my previous review. That we are not your competitor we are your costumer. And would you like to explain the purpose behind this? If you were busy that was the time when you have to show your best service. Not when you are free. We were there on visit to Naas and tried your restaurant first and last time. And we witnessed your worst service. Instead of improving yourself you started a blame game that we were bad costumer. Nice !!. Improve yourself and your management in busy hours. I will make sure in my circle who ever is visiting Naas should not visit your restaurant now. Such an arrogant behaviour.

11/01/2026: I stayed in the Osprey Hotel with my Mam and 4 sisters for my sister’s 50th Birthday. We really did have the most amazing experience. When we arrived at 1:45pm our rooms were ready and we were able to check in straight away. We had afternoon tea scheduled for 2pm which was delicious. We also received a complimentary drink on our arrival. Our rooms were spotless clean and very spacious too. I would definitely recommend getting the Swiss back, neck and head massage in the spa. The food in the bar was very tasty and there was a one man band in the bar and he was absolutely brilliant. All staff members were very helpful and very approachable. The price for this was very reasonable and well worth it, we will definitely be going back to stay again.

11/01/2026: There wasn't anything particularly "wrong", but for a 4 star hotel I was disappointed. The main room and bed were nice enough. The TV was very far away from the bed. The faucet for the shower wasn't within reach while in the shower, so had to make sure the temperature was right before getting in. We wanted to enjoy a jacuzzi experience. The bath in the room was a simple roll top. When I booked, I called to request a jacuzzi bath and I was informed there was a jacuzzi in the leisure centre. This was not the case - it's a hydrotherapy pool that is the same temperature as the main pool, so we spent maybe 20 minutes in the leisure centre. Our package had dinner in the bar, which was perfect in theory, but all the tables were low so we couldn't sit at a proper table for dinner, which hurt my hip. Also the bar was very cold. All these things could be forgiven at 3 star prices, but not for what we paid. The spa was divine, no complaints there. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with.

28/12/2025: The cafe was busy when we visited... a good sign. €15 for a single slice of toast with avocado and poached egg seemed very excessive, especially as there was no table service for orders, all of which had to be completed at the counter.... the food was tasty.

11/12/2025: We booked for 7 pm for our family and was totally let down by the long wait and awful service. I do not blame the floor staff or the kitchen staff but the owners who are allowing walk-ins putting pressure on staff and in turn giving bad service to the customers who have booked and paid good money to eat at this establishment! I hope the owners review their policy and put quality over quantity!

05/11/2025: If anyone says that food is expensive in the middle of the day in Ireland, they have no cop on. I have tried lots of places that are excellent and Lawlors is up there at the top.

18/07/2025: Our first time in Ireland & this was our first coffee of the trip and it was easily one of the best we’ve ever had!!! Delicious!!! And lovely service.

11/01/2026: I had ordered lamb Rogan Josh , Butter chicken, Chicken biryani for take away. Lamb Rogan josh was a joke , “chef” just added boiled lamb chunks into Tomato purée , one could see tomato purée clearly floating. There seems to be no effort to cook rogan josh as tomato purée was visible. Disappointing ! Butter chicken can be used as a desert - it was so sweet !! Chicken Biryani was below average. I had ordered for the first time after seeing the outlet in Naas but the food is disappointing .

01/01/2026: Hideous good but €8 for delivery to kill is a bit steep. It’s a 7 min drive to my house that’s the only complaint

23/09/2025: Very bad service, my friend and I went to eat something and have a coffee, at the entrance I asked the woman where we could sit and that we wanted a table for two, but she simply did not show us and just looked blank, she really did not care at all about receiving people in the place. Anyway, we thanked her and left. Terrible service, I do not recommend it and I will not be back.

11/07/2025: I recently visited Grá the Coffee Bar in Naas and was impressed by the overall experience. The coffee itself was excellent, with a rich flavor and a perfect crema. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a nice mix of comfortable seating and interesting local art on the walls. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
