17/03/2024: This is a lovely coffee shop, nestled to the side of the square on the edge of Longford town.
Went in for a coffee and some cake for the kids and it didn't disappoint. The barista/owner was a gentleman and really nice. The coffee was really good and the cakes were devoured!
Will be back the next time I'm down those parts.
Would highly recommend!

31/03/2024: Fantastic food with with excellent personable and attentive staff. Could not fault anything about my visit.
29/03/2024: A great atmosphere here - a massive dining room with tables well spaced and flowers / greenery. I’d love to come in the summer and try their massive outdoor space. However a few braying diners managed to spoil the calm on this occasion. Scallop and chorizo starter was well executed as was the main of Joster? grilled Guinea breast on creamed lentils and cabbage. A great place to have a ‘grown up’ meal where you can chat with those eating with you and hear what they’re saying. Staff attentive

I have ordered multiple times for collection and was given a collection time but have always had to wait an additional 10 or 15 minutes. Poor service, customers should be given realistic collection times and not left sitting in a waiting area for up to 15 mins whilst Food is being prepared. The poor service let's them down as the food is nice.

30/03/2024: Went with the family for lunch. Was greeted by a very friendly waitress and then helped to our table. Food was good and fresh. Atmosphere was delightful with a number is family 80s songs playing the background.

19/03/2024: After reading the hype on the Google, I decided to try the restaurant. Was very disappointed from start to end. Staff pretty average, not overly welcoming like other restaurants. Food was not exciting. Ordered the Philly steak wrap. Steak was streaky - poor quality - cheap minute steaks, garlic sauce was store bought, had about 5 potato wedges, which looked less compared to others who had chips. Should have bought some fillet steaks from Aldi and prepared a much better wrap at home.

22/03/2024: Looking great after the rebuild. Lovely coffee and cakes sandwiches as well as other tasty options. Friendly Staff. It was busy today, Friday, at lunchtime.
21/03/2024: Ordered the quiche and salad today.The quiche came out with 5 or 6 lettuce leaves and a couple of slices of tomatoe.No dressing and no crisps on the side.Absolutely dire.We wanted to support the cafe as it reopened.Never again.

30/03/2024: The Tai Pan restaurant does some of the most delicious takeaway food I've ever eaten. It's consistently excellent and they must use very good quality ingredients as all the beef and chicken dishes are tasty and tender but still really well priced.
We've not sat in the restaurant to eat though as it appears a bit cold with dated decor and lacking in atmosphere, but the takeaway food orders are always freshly cooked, really tasty, correct and delivered on time. Highly recommended.
