05/02/2024: Came here twice in a few weeks, both times told all the chicken was gone. First time I went somewhere else, last night they said they would give me a snack box with chicken fillets instead. All was greasy and tasteless.

02/03/2024: The food is very good. The fish is fluffy, and the batter is just right. Chips are the best in town. Prices are very good. Breast of chicken burger 🍔 is very good. One constructive thing I would say, is more dressing on the chicken burger. But I would recommend

This time I waited more than two hours and in the end I didn't receive my food. I called several times and was like a parrot repeating my Eircode. horrible horrible,

30/03/2024: No hot bag when I opened door for deliver?? health and safety states a hot bag should have your food in it by law ,food was cold when we got it ,so had to reheat 😕 which isn't ideal and all our food tastesd of fish the chips ,the burger the chicken everything , was not nice tasted awful , always get nice food from here but yday was a huge disappointment 🤢do better
24/12/2023: Not great. Portion sizes are tiny compared to every other chipper around.

Accepted my order through just eat then phoned 20 later to say they can't complete my order.
When I called back I got hung up on by a very rude staff member......
I won't be ordering ever again from them .

24/02/2024: Made a what's for dinner order and was rang and told had to pay 8 euro delivery to driver. Was told prices were wrong. While mistakes happen I understand the man on the phone wouldn't answer my questions simply saying bye bye bye bye and hanging up. When i rang back after talking to whatsfordinner same issued occurs. While I get mistakes happen being rude to customers isn't necessary. If what's for dinner is wrong then cancel your shop until its fixed. Very very rude staff
13/01/2024: Grillhouse used to be good , not anymore took 3hours to get my food, my recent order I was missing one burger. Never again.
