26/08/2024: The food was great. Decor is a little old fashioned and the service was great by one of the guys and one of them was a bit grumpy. But we will be getting food from here again, as we recently moved into the area.

13/09/2024: Collected our order, a meal for 4 celebrating our daughters 17th birthday today. When we got the food home, it was the totally wrong order. Called Alisan and told them the issue. Told them they could deliver the order to our house as we were not going to travel down again as THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND GAVE US THE WRONG FOOD. A few mins later they called us back and told us we would have to pay €12 for the food to be delivered. They have made SO MANY MISTAKES in the past. We will NEVER order food from Alisan again!

25/09/2024: Very disappointed with this place, as i have reviewed before i love the Supermac,s brand but that stops right now, never again, my partner and i called into the Claremorris Supermac,s today and were served up absolute slop, 2x Cod and chips with drinks, the meal took about 20 minutes despite there only being one other person in the shop (now i know why) and he had been served before we got there, there was 4 behind the counter 2 ladies a young man and what i could see a Manager???? as he was going through the tills. The meals??? came out in a snax box with the burned fish thrown on top of chips, no plate, no tartar sc, no knife in shop we were told, ABSOLUTE JOKE. When the meals arrived they were plainly WELL overcooked, i tried the batter of the cod and it just fell apart, We brought this to the attention of the manager who just turned his head away while i stood in front of him, he never turned back, most ignor-nt clown i have ever come across, if he worked in my restaurant he would have been fired on the spot, one of the girls asked if we wanted something else but we had enough of UN,SUPERMAC,S and their poor excuse for a manager. It is the same in several of the Supermac,s shops, Going downhill rapid. WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A MAC,C AGAIN. TYPICAL OF GOOGLE NOT TO POST MY REVIEW BUT WILL POST ON OTHER (REAL) REVIEW SITES Received a small email from John McDonnagh just to cover his butt, asked one question and got his answer and thats the last i heard from him or any of his lot. DISGUSTING, Excuse for a manager never mentioned. goes to show what this lot think of their customers and the rubbish they serve them.
