07/01/2025: The Navan branch of Melt is a huge disappointment. I usually visit with a friend every once in a while for a treat and every time I go their waffle and crepe machine is cleaned and turned off, cofeee machine is turned off. This evening I went at 9pm and they were closed although advertising they are open until 10pm. Really disappointing as I used to enjoy going but service has completely gone down hill also not to mention staff are very rude and unwelcoming. Numerous times I’ve went at 9:30/9:40 and went in and been told they’re cleaning up and closed.

26/01/2025: Just had Sunday lunch here and I can honestly say it’s one of the best Chinese meals I’ve ever had. Lovely food, very friendly and helpful staff with a very nice atmosphere.
03/01/2025: Dinned here on New Years Eve and the table service was terrible. From asking staff to get a drink and getting eye rolls from some of them to having to wait over an hour from starter to main.
We also had a table of 15 of us and not once did the staff come back and check on us for drinks.
When the mains came out, 2 of us got our mains while the rest were given side dishes and had to wait. We then still had some people not got their side dishes for ages too. Terrible experience.

21/12/2024: Not the worst place and food to be fair. Staff is nice however the quality of the food is really poor. Noodles taste like pot noodles. Spice bag is just okay not the worst i had also not the best. Wouldn't recommend way better places especially in Ashbourne such as the noodle place at the XL. Very poor considering that nasti was advertising the place alot not a good look for him.
