15/04/2025: Lovely place with a Sea view, I was there before...we arrived 20 mins before closing time so only drinks and cake were ( reluctantly) available but we stayed anyway because we needed a hot drink after the freezing wind at the beach. The previous two times I had a nice lunch with my mom on the little sunny terrace overlooking the sea and another time my daughter went for a big burger and fries meal with her friends inside and enjoyed that too. So all in all it's a nice place if you're not under time pressure!

15/03/2025: Friendly, tasty good value good. Tasty not fancy but affordable for a gentle dinner out. Very worth supporting as there’s nowhere else in Layton. Are here Friday and Saturday while attending Archery Ireland in Gormanston. Enjoyed finding this decent restaurant trying to survive and build a future. Well done to the kitchen and waiting team. Don’t give up.

We always have a great meal and love the staff.
Worth a visit for sure.
Love the Fish N Chips.

The room had a nice sea view and was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was 7-45 to 10-30 , good for holiday makers.

23/07/2024: Nice location along the coast. We were disappointed with the quality of the fairways and many of the greens on the 2nd nine. No notice before the round and no accommodation with the green fee. Nice staff in the clubhouse, but not again in terms of golf, there are many alternatives nearby.

21/04/2025: Absolute quality pizzas 🍕 👌 best I've had around chips are unreal nice and crispy not like other places were there half cooked. Can't complain at all. Best chipper in bettystown IMO.
31/03/2025: One of the guys rlly has an attitude problem. Youd swear ur not paying for the food the way they treat u sometimes. The food is your average takeaway so unless you've a Michelin star place I don't see the need for the entitlement.

25/04/2025: A very generous one star, spice box may aswell have been chicken nuggets and chips. Bland as anything I’ve ever had, no veg in sight. Big enough portion but that just meant I had to look at more of the crap they served. 3 in 1 aswell not great and chicken balls were tiny you’d swear they were actually the chickens balls.
12/03/2025: Mega box for 20€ Is it joke ? Very very small, not veg and poor spices.

25/10/2024: This place has unfortunately gotten worse and worse, I don't know what I was thinking ordering 50 euro worth of food , the chilli beef was like rubber, the chicken balls were overcooked and soggy, the salt and chill chicken was like cardboard, I'll never order from here again, it was fabulous years ago. Sad
13/10/2024: I normally enjoy our takeaway from here but tonight was different :(
We ordered a Malay Chicken and Satay chicken....but the sauces were switched. I ended up with a curried chicken with potatoes, onions, carrots instead of Spicy satay with a mix of interesting veg. I did not enjoy the taste or mixup 🫣.

29/05/2024: I've had two dates here with my boyfriend here already and I definitely would go again.Amazing service, we got our food relatively quickly came out in 15-20 minutes, I have always gotten the carbonara and it was absalutley delicious and my boyfriends bbq pizza was absalutley gorgous.Relativley good pricing and all in all I highly recommend this place :)
