21/08/2026: Worst food ever. My Husband's Chicken was slimmy. Sauce disgusting. My veg curry was watery and after eating some Brocoli I saw the rest was going discoloured I.e black. Feeling very ill now. First time trying from they reopened. NEVER again.

02/05/2026: Recently I’ve been buying food for over 30e and it used to come with at least a can of any drink and now it doesn’t come with anything g , did something change or ?

12/07/2026: Food was incredibly bland and not good quality, the spring roll I got tasted off as well as the chicken balls, like they havnt changed their oil in a week and overcooked to hell. The delivery driver was nice that’s about the only good thing I could say

29/03/2026: Food is okay, but order taking and phone answering lady, probably the owner, very rushed into order taking and not nice, rude. She should let a young girl answering the phone and taking the orders, as she has a better manners.

04/07/2025: Ordered an spice box from here and… well…. What a disappointment. Got one here before was so amazingly good I came back but unfortunately they have changed, and as a person who hates change this just tipped over the edge. Finished the spice box quickly, not because I ate it fast but because there was diddly all in it. About 90% soggy chips and 10% chicken. Had two massive chicken balls which could have been tennis balls. Chicken wings were also in the box and I swear my toe was bigger than one of them. oh, and don’t let me forget, NO SHREDDED CHICKEN? About five bits of onion in it. I know. Horrific. This may seem like a joke to whomever is reading, but I am deadly serious. Deadly. Don’t even get curry with the meal ridic and it was twelve euro. Felt more like eating a crappy lucky bag than a spice box.

02/05/2026: I'm an American, from Louisiana. I'm in Ireland with a friend who was born here and lived in Edenborough. His Mum still lives in Castleblayney. She walked him and me into the pub and said to the bar keep, "Oi! Take care of me boy, ere" He immediately said, "Aye, May!" A slide a couple mugs of Smithwick's straight down the bar right in front of each of us. Parked them like a pro.

31/10/2025: Best half pounder in the country, all locally sourced and very reasonable prices, especially considering what takeaways in Monaghan are charging nowadays. Really friendly staff.
