24/08/2025: I loved this place. Traditional Irish pub, very old-school. The owner is a friendly and talkative aged man, kind of a philosopher. Food served only some days, like for the second half of the week.

25/08/2024: We live outside Monaghan and ordered online to try some place new. When we called in we didn't realise the place had closed because the online order still works. The charge is pending on our card, I just hope we get the refund. Do not use their online website. The place is closed and derelict.
