05/09/2023: Came over for the Harvest Time blues festival. Canadian blues rocker Anthony Gomes and his band hosted a great jam here. Great atmosphere and service. And such a friendly town.

23/02/2024: Went here with my family, The soup was very nice , I asked for a kids mash & gravy €5.75 for 2 potatoes & gravy ,I was shocked at that price !! But the icing on the cake (literally) for me was when i went to purchase 2 little fairy cakes with a touch of icing and sprinkles was €4 I nearly choked with shock 2 small fairy chest was that price sure you can Buy a packet of 12 for €3 and said i dont want them at that price and the young lady had it rang into the till already,so I did buy them as I didn't want her to get in trouble. My husband bought a brown wheaten loaf to bring home for €3.50 !! Like where is the logic in that!! Staff weren't friendly at all !! I've eaten here many times. Il only make that mistake once. Very expensive place .😒😒

18/12/2023: I've got food here for over a year now and every time I do they never disappoint! Always a high standard of presentation and taste. They also sometimes have a special deals on which are amazing. Would definitely recommend!

23/02/2024: Not from the area was staying in a local hotel seen great reviews on Google so we went for dinner. Lovely friendly staff. Nice clean restaurant and toilets. Food was out really quickly and no mistakes. The food was lovely we got prawn toast, salt and chilli chicken, and skewered chicken satay for starters and beef curry and pork ramen for mains food was absolutely gorgeous really nice. Would highly recommend mag.

25/03/2024: Ordered a pizza delivery waited near a hour so rang store was told its gone 10 mins ago and I asked will it still be hot whenever it comes and was told yes will still be hot! A couple of minutes later it arrived and it was very cold and drink that I ordered didn't come too someone forgot to take it or give it to driver very disappointed as the food is always a 100% but need to sort out a fast delivery service

06/01/2024: Just bought 2 beef ramen bowls, satay / Thai skewers and veg spring rolls. All of them were the worst versions of these dishes I have ever tasted. The beef ramen had absolutely no chunks of beef! I didn't get an actual single decent piece of meat in mine. Just all fat, and more fat. The skewers chicken meat was like jelly, a truly horrible texture. And the spring rolls tasted like they came out of the freezer at Iceland. Would never eat here again. What a waste of 41 euro and I'm still absolutely starving.

30/12/2023: Stopped on the way through Monaghan on At Stephen's Day. It was nice to find it open and to have some seating. The food was really good. Staff could have been a bit more focussed on customers, looking at their phones and acting disrupted when we went up to order food. But when focussed on servicing they were very nice.
