11/02/2026: Yesterday I ate a kebab from this place and unfortunately felt very unwell afterward. I experienced nausea throughout the day, and in the evening my temperature rose to 37.7°C. My heart rate also increased significantly (up to 130 bpm), and I had to call emergency services for advice. Thankfully, my condition stabilized later, but it was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the food quality and storage conditions will be carefully reviewed to prevent situations like this in the future.

03/01/2026: Owner got the order wrong, instead of apologising he was rude over the phone. Alot of previous orders ware not packed appropriately, ' all fries loose in the main bag '

26/08/2025: In for lunch today The food was tasty Good selection of teas, coffees, sandwiches etc , great big pot of tea for two. the most striking thing about here is the service, very few places can say they have the quality of staff as this place has,owners are lucky to have the hard working ,Polite , attentive staff they have Will def be back when I’m in the area again.

10/07/2025: Avoid this business at all cost. They are a disgrace, staff waiting months for wages that they are owed. Shocking treatment towards your staff. You can tell the owners never had to go without they simply don’t care. Food hygiene is also disgraceful kitchen is infested with ants. Pay your staff.

28/10/2025: Always forgets a part of an order usually drinks or a side , rang them to say my prawn crackers were not in my bag from getting a delivery I was told over the phone “well there only prawn crackers” if I pay for something I expect to get it

18/02/2026: The food was absolutely diabolical and very expensive. I got a chicken breast that looked like it was cooked two days previous and kept warm until I got it. I couldn't physically couldn't eat it, it was so hard and over cooked. We also got a tub of coleslaw for €4 that was very poor quality. Unfortunately we didn't open the food until we got home and therefore couldn't return it. Definitely will not be going back.

01/04/2026: Ordered a pizza on just eat, put as delivered even though not received, called to chase up was told drive Ron the way they just ticked delivered on the app because they wanted to. Chased 15 mins later apparently they tried to contact multiple times but no calls received, said id check outside and call back then got blocked. Waited 2 hours for no food and they still tried to scam my money. Ridiculous!

23/03/2026: I just wanted to share my recent experience at Apache in Monaghan the staff member serving us was very friendly and pleasant, which we appreciated. However, unfortunately the quality of the ice cream was extremely disappointing. All three of us felt unwell after eating just a few teaspoons, and we ended up having to throw it away. We also felt sick for the rest of the evening. Considering we paid €15, this was very frustrating and concerning. It didn’t seem fresh, and I don’t think it’s fair to be selling stock that may be past its best to customers. I hope you can look into this, as it was a really unpleasant experience and not what we expected.

22/05/2026: Ordered jacket potato with chicken and pepperoni and chesse got no chicken but I got two pieces of pepperoni and I may note I'd like some food with the chesse the messed my order 3 days in a row

24/04/2026: I have visited subway many times in Monaghan I don’t know why I keep wishing that it would get better, there was two woman working there today one with black hair and one with blonde. I ordered foot long subs and I only got half a scoop of meat on them, even though I politely said that it needs a bit more, I don’t mind paying either if it’s needed she gave me a dirty look and ignored me, then moved on to the salads, I asked for peppers and lettuce got 3 peppers on all the sandwich, and I said just a tiny bit of lettuce all my sandwich was packed with lettuce, ended up eating 2 bites of lettuce sandwich and this happens over and over again. The customer service is so so bad, every time I see the blonde woman working I don’t want to go in because I know she will be rude, she really hates her job. But today has really made me realise I don’t want to go back there. That’s my sandwich, literally the tiniest bit of meat that you can’t even taste.
