18/09/2026: I called ahead to order a takeaway pizza and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived on time, only to end up waiting for over an hour in total.
To make matters worse, when I came in to pick up my order, no one even bothered to update me on the delay or tell me how much longer it would take—I was completely ignored. After such a frustrating and horrible experience, I completely lost my appetite. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

19/09/2026: Oldish woman I’d say early 50s last year refused to serve me a vape with my passport card(which is a government issued id) which stated my birthday was 04/03/2007 making me 18. She stated that she couldn’t serve me as I looked under 25 even though I had my id refused to serve me and then continued to serve my friend who was with me one with no id. And I now am in college and go into the shop twice a week and when I tried buying one again said I was barely 18. And everytime I go in she gives me dirty looks. I was I’m today just before 3oclovk and she gave me dirty looks the whole time and then charge me €1.20 for a cup with a bit of ice and water in it, which I’ve went in and gotten a cup of ice with water plenty times before from the machine and have never been charged.
01/05/2026: Youngish lady behind the deli very rude and ignorant, the man at the till had absolutely no manners, a grunt is all I got when I said hello how are you. I gave them both the benefit of doubt the first time but it was worse on my 2nd attendance, will never stop with my bus load of customers again, everyone of them complained about the rudeness of staff !!

29/08/2026: This is one of the worst supervalu ever the workers get harassed on the dayly and there are young girls and women that work there that get told inappropriate things by customers and make them very uncomfortable and scared. This place is a disgrace and disgusting.

05/09/2026: The food is ok but the older blonde lady who works there is unhinged. She was completely racist and rude to a group of teenagers who came in. One was looking to apply for a job and she kept saying “you need good English” over and over in an aggressive tone. When he left she said “if he worked here I’d quit” while sweeping around angrily. She obviously hates people and her job. Makes everyone around her feel uncomfortable, my 12 year old rushed eating just so we could get out of there. Definitely won’t be back to this branch. Felt sorry for the young girl working with her.
26/07/2026: I've been to this Subway quite a few times, and overall the food is always good. The shawarma sub is definitely my favourite—it's really tasty and one I'd recommend.
The staff experience depends on who serves you. There's a blonde lady with short hair who seems to expect customers to know exactly what they want before getting to the counter. If you know your order, she's quick and efficient, and I've never personally had an issue with her.
However, I've seen her come across as impatient with customers who are unsure or take a while to decide, which can make the experience feel a bit uncomfortable.
On the other hand, there's a lady with black hair, who I believe is the manager, and she's always been lovely and welcoming.
There's also a younger member of staff who's genuinely one of the nicest people I've met—she's always friendly, patient, and makes everyone feel welcome. She has such a positive attitude and really adds to the customer experience.
Overall, the food is consistently good, especially the shawarma sub, and most of the staff are fantastic.
My only criticism is that some customers may feel rushed if they're still deciding what they'd like to order.
