14/04/2025: We only come down here once every few months, but the staff are always so very friendly and courteous as well.
Any food we have gotten from here has been absolutely lovely, from the Ice Cream, Pizza, Wraps etc
If you are passing by, it is worth a wee stop off

06/05/2025: The real rating would be 3.5 stars. The experience was only let down by a persistent fly in the little room we were in, a rather gloomy member of staff that served us (but hey, we all have bad days), but most importantly, the food.
The pizza was nice and I especially like how they don't skimp on the toppings or extra parm, but the base was soggy and tasted just like asdas cheapest pizzas. I don't think it was worth the price.
In summary; a lovely place but the pizza base really needs to improve

25/04/2025: So disappointed cannot recommend this restaurant. Of the 5 meals we had only one was above average. One was cold and the veg was under cooked. The other three were just poor. Three of the four desserts were verging on unedible so much so that I refused to pay for two of them. My guests were too polite to tell me how poor the food was before I paid, if I had known I would not have paid for all the mains.
01/01/2025: Perfect for any event, birthday, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, family get-together. Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff.

Coach House & Olde Bar

07/02/2025: Visited the pub while staying in nearby Castle Leslie. Like going back 60 years in time. Wood burning stove was like sitting beside a sauna, brilliant on a freezing February evening. Staff and locals made us welcome and the quirky bar is amazing. I will return on my next visit.
