14/04/2025: In the shadow of the Rock of Cashel you will find an old church and in that old church you will find a restaurant and to say that this restaurant is special, perhaps maybe even a little bit magical, is not exaggeration.
Between the beautiful location, the historic building itself, the clever, stunning menu full of detail and expertise and the charming, friendly staff, this 5 star experience has never failed to blow me away.
In my opinion Chez Hans is a gem you won't forget and will want to revisit.
