30/01/2026: This is one of the very best restaurants in Ireland and has been since it was opened first in 1968. We dined here for the 1st time in the mid 1970s. It is great to see that the 2nd generation is keeping up the very high standards that Hans set. Well done to all concerned.
21/01/2026: Had the most amazing sunday lunch in chez hans. Everything from start to finish was top class.

30/12/2025: Arrived Sunday 27th December, no booking, super busy but Ming managed to seat us within 30 minutes.
Food was amazing as per usual, service top class and price very competitive. We will be back soon.
