05/03/2025: I ordered a snack box recently and it was burned and inedible, I asked for a full refund but they refused saying that they could only refund for the snack box, since then every staff member has been totally rude and threatened me with the guards especially the manager awful experience and they still owe me €9.50.
27/01/2025: I ordered a bag of chips only to be told they ran out of chips, how on earth can a “chipper” run out of chips

Ordered chicken vandaloo it was just crushed chillies in curry - no flavor just red curry with chillies floating in it.
When politely asked the staff to look into it - absolutely no fcuks given and hung up the call.
Had to gulp down milk to stop the burning spicy sensation.
Please teach your staff some manners and stop serving such mess under the pretext of food and stop playing with people's gut health.

01/06/2024: We stayed in the hotel and while waiting to check in I tried the angus burger here and was pleasantly surprised.
I’m a bit of a burger snob, so I was taken aback that It ended up being one of the more flavourful burgers I’ve ever had. We even ordered again later in our trip for room service. The beef patty may very well be frozen, but it’s properly seasoned and has a nice beef flavour throughout. Whatever cheese they put on it went incredibly well with it, too. We hadn’t tried anything else on the menu, but I’m still thinking about the burger, so give it a shot.
23/05/2024: Had the chicken supreme , could hardly find it on the plate. Potato was lukewarm at best and you d find more meat on a dead hamster. Rip off !

20/01/2025: We had a family meal here for a special occasion and everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend.
