03/07/2025: I ordered a mocha, but unfortunately it was extremely hot—I burned my tongue on the first sip. I kindly asked the barista if I could get another one, this time just warm, not extra hot. Sadly, the second one was just as hot as the first, and I still couldn’t drink it.
While I understand that not everyone has years of experience as a barista, it doesn’t take much to know that coffee shouldn’t be served that hot, especially after a specific request. The barista wasn’t rude, but there was zero customer service and no attention to detail. Some basic training could really make a difference.
24/06/2025: Great spot, awesome coffee, matcha and desserts. Loved the friendly atmosphere and the overall artistic vibe. And the drone-perspective prints of Ireland’s coastline make me want to visit them too - so cool!

24/06/2025: Food is always lovely with big portions, if it’s breakfast lunch or dinner you get a fulfilling meal, right beside the ocean also if you get a takeaway you have lovely views
10/06/2025: Nice vegetarian lunch; I had a baked potato with salad and coleslaw on the side, husband had a cheese toastie and chips. A trip to Peppers isn’t complete without ice cream (Kinder Bueno for me and Biscoff for him). Good food and service.

09/06/2025: One of our last meals in Ireland and the best food we have had so far. Five different meals and all were excellent. The apple pie was a delightful change from traditional and was better because of it.

11/07/2025: Infested with flies, they managed to make chips taste bad, poor service sat there waiting 20 minutes to be served pig food, Food is about 30 euros overpriced then I should be, Meat is very dry and most likely not in date. No standards in this place

Place is spotless and really efficent. Quality of grub was great. We went as a family and everyone left very happy.
The sisters are seriously good at what they do. Great to see people so passionate for their produce and focused on the job at hand.

16/06/2025: This small shop is located right at the beginning of the Latin Quarter.
Very cramped inside, with few tables. Outside, however, there's even more space. If you want to eat outside in strong winds, go ahead; we were inside.
Service was very friendly.
The food was good; we had two chili cheeseburgers.
The chocolate milkshake was freshly made and very tasty.
One point deducted for the cleanliness of the restrooms, actually two points.
Definitely in need of a thorough cleaning, or a complete overhaul.
I hope the kitchen is cleaner and more well-maintained!

25/06/2025: Ordered noodles and rice with beef and a few other bits from LAM cuisine, absolutely incredible! The beef is honestly the best I've had in kilkenny. So soft and flavour full. Portion sizes very good making it great value for money. Highly recommend 👌

23/06/2025: Tried to get food delivery to my house in Ballybane (have gotten it many times in the past no issue) the website wouldn’t accept the address so I just rang to see what was wrong with the website. I then proceeded to have heated conversation towards me from an employee who answered the phone. I tried to explain the situation but the man immediately went irate at me explaining how I wasn’t getting food and to ‘shut up and listen’ and I wasn’t getting any food. I’m completely taken back cause in my years in Galway I have never once had a bad experience with Giovannis Galway. Genuinely the attitude of your man has turned me off the place now

05/03/2025: I ordered a snack box recently and it was burned and inedible, I asked for a full refund but they refused saying that they could only refund for the snack box, since then every staff member has been totally rude and threatened me with the guards especially the manager awful experience and they still owe me €9.50.
