06/11/2024: I booked a group into Hugo's in spring 2020 for lunch . Unfortunately due to the onset of Covid19 I had to cancel the booking. When I rang Hugo's to make the cancellation I spoke to the owner Gina. Gina was watching her world collapse with the Covid19 restrictions kicking in, yet she was so understanding and gracious when I cancelled the booking. I made a promise to Gina and myself that we would rebook in better times. It took four years, but I am so glad that we did return. The restaurant is beautiful, the food was fantastic, the staff were so caring, and most of all, the welcome was genuine. I would highly recommend Hugo's . It's location on Merrion Row is an added bonus ,convenient for so many attractions.

02/11/2024: I honestly cannot recommend Hugo’s enough or in the correct words. We had our family meal after getting married in the registry office and to say it was perfect from the first email to finishing our meal is an understatement. Booking and organising was so smooth and the attention to detail during this time was incredible. When we arrived, we were brought downstairs to our own area which was beautifully decorated, we even had personalised menus with our names and wedding date on them. They were so accommodating to any food allergies and the kids too. The food was absolutely gorgeous and presented so beautifully. Absolute huge shout out needs to go to Greg who was so attentive from beginning to end, caring towards each family member and kids and even made sure my baby niece didn’t go home without her bib (he physically ran down the road to ensure it got home safely!!). Gina, the owner, came to meet us and again was so welcoming. To Gina, Greg and all at Hugo’s, we truly can’t thank you enough for making our special day THE best. We can’t wait to go back and experience this all over again! We’ve already decided to celebrate each anniversary with you, and we can’t wait.

13/09/2024: I regularly DJ at Medley for private parties and weddings. One of the nicest places to DJ in the staff are very friendly and helpful which is much appreciated when you are coming in to set up for an event . I always have a great fun filled dance floor when I DJ at it. Bryan and Andrew & Chris and other staff are always very welcoming . I recommend this central location for a party.

03/09/2024: We recently held our Indian\Irish wedding reception at Medley Fleet Street and are still buzzing 2 weeks later from how well it went. Andrew and the team have cultivated a beautiful 2 floor property to perfectly suit events and weddings of varying means and sizes, located right in the heart of Dublin City Center no less. We found the entire team extremely attentive, professional and easy to deal with during the often stressful planning phase of a wedding. A particular thank you to Chris who we worked with for months to coordinate our night to perfection. Our every need was met and I cant think of a time we were told "No" by a member of their staff when dreaming up how we wanted the night to go. The food was sensational and given we had family flying from India we were delighted to find Medley provide a wide selection of vegetarian and non-veg starters and mains all equally as delicious as each other. We were able to put together the perfect menu for our guests and everyone raved about their food. As mentioned the property itself is beautiful but Medley allowed us to, and helped us with, hanging some extra decorations to give the place a little Indian touch which we thought was really lovely. On the night a fleet of staff were there to make sure nobody wanted for anything and the 2 floor layout came into great effect allowing us to have an opening drinks reception downstairs, move up for dinner, and then back down for a beautiful dessert grazing table and some more drinks while the tables were cleared away and the band setup. While we were having dinner our photobooth operator came onsite and setup downstairs to be ready for after Dinner and speeches. the night was choreographed beautifully and our guests were never left sitting around waiting and watching as vendors setup\tables were taken down which can be the case in some venues. The entire team never put a foot wrong at any stage and we literally couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. A huge huge thank you to Andrew, Chris, Thiago and Brian as well as the wider Medley staff for all the work they put in to help make our night so special. We could not recommend this place enough.

11/10/2024: When I phoned to make our reservation I told the staff member my wife has food intolerences which precludes dairy. "We can work around that" I was told. True to their word the chef produced 5 dairy free versions ( where necessary) of their tasting menu dishes. All the dishes were beautifully presented, full of interesting flavours and each one explained by Niall or one of the team. All the dishes were exquisite but if I were to pick a favourite - the monkfish with smoked eel and cockles. We're visitors to Dublin but take away very positive thoughts of our evening at Mr Fox

10/10/2024: Fantastic from start to finish. It's all about the experience. The food is superb but the staff are the icing on the cake. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but you have a gorgeous Brazilian girl (used to work in you sister restaurant D'Olier St). She is so excellent at her job. Friendly, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable on all fronts re the wine and food. Thank you for your fantastic service!! Niamh and Aidan :)

29/10/2024: Mexican with good quality price with large portions. The burritos have a lot of flavor and are quite a good size. They have several offers and the truth is that for Dublin the price is great. They also have several vegetarian options and the service is quite fast because it is fast food but with everything homemade. There are also several hot sauces on the tables that you can use to your liking. Without a doubt if I return I would repeat it.

21/10/2024: Was sadly underwhelmed. Was glad to see a vegan option, however found the food quite salty. The “guacamole” was very different than the creamy style I was used to (see photos). It was mostly just tomato and onion

12/08/2024: Great bar. Allways has been. Staff. To notch. Food amazing. The Brie. Starter. €10. Yummy

11/08/2024: Poor experience again. Wrong drink delivered and never have full range of whisky on their menu. Always put in a special request to sit away from the toilet, it's the first table offered even when there are 10 tables free and there's always a pause by staff when you request to sit away from the door to the toilet!! Needs some improvement on customer service, that's my update on my unfortunately my local.
