14/09/2024: I am very disappointed. I paid €13 for a sandwich with mayo and ham plus water and chips. When I asked if I was really paying €9 for a sandwich, the man behind the cashier reacted disproportionately. My son said that Mr. was not nice. I will definitely not go here again.

22/10/2024: Since going to Starbucks at Opera Lane i've got on well with the staff including 1 Turkish girl who works there. But things soon took a turn, I told her in Jan how I have 2 Turkish friends in Cork and was to introduce her to Hikmet who I was meeting at Starbucks on a Sun nearly 2wks ago.
This girl I don't know her name was finishing her shift at 2:30pm and I was to meet Hikmet there at 2pm, but he cancelled it till 3pm. So I rang Starbucks and left a message for this Turkish girl explaining the situation to 1 of her colleagues in a friendly manner.
But since then this girl is now treating me horribly and not even a friendly hello how are you with a big smile like she normally does. Now nobody deserves this treatment and i'm going to have to pick her up on her mistake it's not right.

19/08/2024: I’m getting my coffee there every morning for the past 2 weeks , I felt that the coffee was amazing every time and staff was more than lovely even tho unfortunately I have to mention that there is this one girl that I’ve been served few times … Jesus …. She literally ruins your day …. This girl ( short dark wavy hair ) is extremely rude and not just towards me , she had the same attitude towards the rest of other customers too , you can see on her face that she gets annoyed when you enter the place , every time you ask her something it’s like she wishes she wouldn’t have to speak with you, full of dirty looks and never smiles plus the coffee that she made this morning was absolutely horrible, had to throw it in the bin , it’s pitty because the other girl and guy are always the nicest people and your coffee is amazing
After this I will have to not choose your coffee shop anymore and pick a better option, this kind of person being the first one you interact with in the morning it’s very sad as it can ruin your whole

13/08/2024: Beautiful food cooked well . I have nothing but good things to say . I have been going there for years . The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is spotless .
