23/07/2026: I have no complaints about the talbot hotel in midtown. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious especially with us having a toddler with us the only 1 downfall was we were looking forward to the swimming pool but the temperature of the water was freezing my toddler was shivering with the cold in the water and spend all of 3/4 minutes in the pool. But over all we enjoyed our first family holiday in the hotel.

16/07/2026: Very easy to book . From the time we arrived to book in , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable, spotlessly clean . It was our anniversary and the staff arranged chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch of kindness. The breakfast was delicious, a great range . We definitely will be back again.

18/07/2026: Classy modern pub. Lots of seating and the service was outstanding.

11/06/2026: Classy bar with trad sessions Wednesday nights! Large beer and cocktail and wine selection

09/08/2026: Great place to stay rooms were very spacious and clean bar staff are nice and friendly good atmosphere around the place can't fault it

06/08/2026: Fish is obviously frozen, chips a little hard as others have noted. Still, decent enough. €13.50

28/07/2026: Great chipper. We got huge portions of fish and chips. Lovely staff.
