Filthy as hell, nobody understands you (the Tuna Melt I ordered turned into a Chicken Pesto Roll) and it's just not a welcoming place at all. I think every prison canteen has more charm. A shame for a beautiful place like Marlay Park.

28/10/2025: Dreadful Starbucks compared to others in Dublin area. The welcome you get is frosty to say the least and the place is dirty inside and out and the washroom / toilet facility has been closed for months - one could speculate that this is because the staff don't want to clean it! Regardless, I do hope the FSAI take notice of this place sooner or later and issue a closure orders until that is resolved. The staff's solution when I needed to take our 3-year old was "just go to the shopping centre" and then "go to Nando's" (a ridiculous suggestion at 10.30 am).

07/10/2025: Disappointing service. It doesn’t cost anything to smile or be remotely friendly. Very cold service.

01/10/2025: The pepperoni sensation bagel is delicious here. I've ordered it in other O'Briens but they just don't do it as well as Nassau does. Service is good too, workers are friendly and usually seem to be in good moods.

03/10/2025: My wife and I are locals and have been customers here before, but we had a terrible experience. She had just finished her wine while I was still drinking my beer, when an older man who seemed to be in charge came over and abruptly asked if we had finished. When I replied that if he wanted to seat someone else at our table he was welcome to, he aggressively told us there were “lots of people waiting” and effectively invited us to leave. This is no way to treat loyal, local customers. The attitude was rude and hostile, and it completely ruined the visit. Sadly, this is not the kind of atmosphere you expect or want from a neighbourhood pub. After this experience, I looked at other reviews and saw many similar complaints about rudeness and poor treatment. Unfortunately, it seems this behaviour is not unusual here. We will not be returning and cannot recommend it.

26/07/2025: I was disappointed with my recent visit. I paid €4.35 for a double espresso with cream and was not provided with a spoon. In addition, the table was sticky and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. This doesn’t reflect the standard of service or hygien

26/07/2025: I had a lovely experience in this shop yesterday afternoon. The girl on the till, her name was Robin I believe, was very friendly and helped me decide what drink I would like. After she made me the drink, she even offered to change anything if I didn’t end up liking it. It was wonderful to have staff who were so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!

15/10/2025: Absolutely disgusting food and an absolute rip off. The chicken burger was 2 frozen chicken nuggets drenched sauce. It was inedible, threw most of it in the bin. How is this place still in business.

16/09/2025: Used to love the Sandwiches. Coffee is great. Have not been back since about 3 months ago they appeared to change the sandwiches. They didn't respond to an email regarding this. I'll try again sometime soon to see if they have gone back to the super sandwiches they used to have. Nope. No change. Not for me!

27/11/2025: Price of food quite disgraceful for a students eating area, especially considering it's cheap-tasting. Id you order anything for takeaway, they give you about half the amount you'd get if you're eating in, even though you're paying the same price. Drinks are worse, no cider on the student price menu, and cocktails/mixed drinks are watered down or barely any alcohol in them. Whenever anything brought up with main fella he's quite hostile/unfriendly. Pool tables that you need coins for but they don't offer cash back/coins.

23/07/2025: ordered of just eat for collection by mistake, rang them they told me they can't cancel I'd to do it myself 3 of us trying to cancel we couldn't, rang us when it was ready asked if I got it sorted and if I wanted it delivered, got it delivered nearly 50 euro and missing 2 portions of pancakes for the kids and their not answering their phone

15/11/2025: This was an absolutely disgraceful order. I got 4 chicken wings and 4 honey wings, and both were completely ruined. The honey wings were covered in some weird maple-like sauce, and the batter on all of them stank of old, filthy oil that’s clearly never changed. Everything tasted like it had been fried in the leftovers of ten other dishes. The coating was burnt, greasy, and honestly disgusting. I had to throw almost everything in the bin. This place has zero standards. Never again — I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

04/11/2025: I ordered fish and chips for delivery. There were very few real chips as most of the "chips" were the crispy ends and the fish was overcooked, the batter being dark brown and hard and the fish itself dry!

27/09/2025: Ordered fresh cod and chips . Extremely greasy and undercooked. Disgusting 🫣 🤮. NEVER AGAIN ! Food ended up in the bin ! What a waste of money !

20/09/2025: Try the garlic bacon cheese chips. They’re incredible.
