13/07/2026: I have stayed in the Grand on many occasions, this time we booked through a third party website which was cheaper but we ended up in a very small bedroom.
The Grand does many things well but the breakfast is one of the best parts about staying in this hotel, so pay the extra for breakfast and get a window seat and enjoy the view.
Great location, especially when the weather is good like on this visit and if you get a chance go on Howth cliff walk,it's a great experience.
25/06/2026: Beautiful updated room, nice size bathroom. Writing desk, table with two chairs. Tea kettle and a fancy coffee maker. A fan was provided, which was needed because we were there during a hot 🔥 spell in June. The room was very hot and stuffy.
Dinner and breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the bay, just gorgeous. All the food was delicious. Great service throughout all the meals.

25/08/2026: I went there with friends, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated very poorly. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of the owner’s lack of manners and respect.
21/08/2026: The ambience here is amazing! The staff is very friendly, and the food came out fast. Good food and a variety of cocktails. Must try!

04/07/2026: I visit this café every week, and the staff are always friendly despite being very busy. Special thanks to the Asian girl. she’s always smiling, efficient, and works incredibly hard. I hope her managers know what a fantastic job she’s doing!

staff named Philippe is very bad… we ordered from Starbucks online app and then after waiting for 5-7 mins he said he didn’t receive the order then suddenly he said ok i’m making the coffee. Very bad behaviour. He didn’t even write anything on the cup about the coffee… and didn’t even bothered to ask for cream on the top. The old staff members were very good.
12/07/2026: I mean i understand it’s morning probably they’re busy i ordered from Deliveroo it was kept delayed for 20min then i finally received order.. but i ordered frappe but no straw and not fully blended I’m eating with spoons but can find ice cubes.. in my drinks
