04/01/2025: Had absolutely gorgeous tapas here - probably the best I have ever had! Great variety of dishes, with great ingredients and wonderful flavours. The service was friendly and really attentive. The restaurant itself is lovely with great lighting, comfortable seating and a sharing stand on every table.

21/12/2024: Setting beautiful. Atmosphere really lovely busy but calm. Staff so pleasant and plenty and no rush to clear tables after each course. The food was so tasty. Flavours coming through in all of it. Steak was nicest one I have ate in a long while in any restaurant. I had asked for very well done and it was and yet not burnt and soft as butter. Would well recommend Befanis as a night out to savour.

13/11/2024: Brilliant place to stay, central of the town so easy to get back to. Rooms are spotless and the breakfast is cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend it.

17/11/2024: Dog friendly, if you don't mind sitting with the smokers. I still don't understand why in the UK and Ireland that dogs are not allowed where food is being served. There is no law against it, so you are alienating a rather well off section of society

23/11/2024: Top quality coffee served from a shipping crate in a little courtyard. Came here on a grey drizzly day, perked up by the solid flat white and an excellent mince pie. Worth the detour.

23/01/2025: Had a fantastic family meal at Drivers! The menu offers plenty of options to suit everyone, and the food is made with high quality locally sourced ingredients. I went for the fish & chips, which was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. A great spot for a casual and tasty dinner in Clonmel, would recommend.

12/01/2025: We arrived in Clonmel at 8pm after a long journey from Surrey & the ferry from Fishguard. It was a cold & foggy night, with snow still on the verges. The kitchen had closed, but we were very kindly offered two plates of bacon & cabbage, which came with half n half mash n chips. There was extra veg which was very tasty. We’d never get offered this hospitality at home. We could see why this pub has won so many awards. It wasn’t our first visit & it won’t be our last. No 13 O’Connell St was very lucky for us.

30/01/2025: My weekend starts every week with a cup of oat milk latte in Rivesci and a treat. I was wandering around Clonmel, searching for that good cup of coffee for some time now and i was very pleased to find this little gem of the coffee brewing tradition in the Irishtown across the church. It was if i can say a love at the first sip, the oat milk latte i am ordering there is the next level, it has the perfect taste for me and consistency. The treats are very delightful, as i understood they were picked by the owners themselves after tasting each one in particular. It is not just a coffee shop where you can get a cup on the go, it is a cosy, warm place where you can take a seat at the window and see the world going by. The time is stopping there for a second, letting you enjoy every moment with your favourite drink. The staff is awesome, always pretty and smiling, making you feel welcome every time you go. The shop has a lot of aditional treats starting from the tasty variety of the Rivesci own coffee brews to others more different like kombucha and juices. I found myself buying also some of they local hand made produced sauces, i especially love the Cashew Chili Crush while my wife is into Chilli Catsup. Those are made on the spot by the owners of the coffee shop as Declan being a Michelin star trained Chef. I put the sauces on the home made burgers, pizza, even in the salads, so, i can tell Rivesci now is a regular shopping destination as well, not just a place to drink my favourite coffee . I am thankful to the owners and staff for keeping the atmosphere "like at home" and wish them all the best and many happy customers. P.S: the shop is pet friendly, they even have a wall with the photos of the dogs coming in with the owners and eating some treats. Awesome place, rocommend!

31/10/2024: We bought the cashew and peanut oil from savour festival in Kilkenny and they tasted sooo good. I wish I could find them in Greece too.
