The best restaurants in Clonmel

04/12/2024: It's pretty bad compared to other McDonald's restaurants. It's very small and very crowded. I know they can't really do anything about it when it comes to the actual building, but i have ordered 3 triple cheeseburgers and got 3 double ones... Sucks to be me i guess it's only later when i got to my hotel that i figured out that they made a mistake, and it was late and not worth it to go back. Anyway I'm leaving 5 stars because I'm a restaurant owner myself and really don't like leaving bad reviews because i know it can be painful, but at least I'm writing an honest review based on my experience. The staff seems completely out of touch sometimes i thought i was at the graveyard and not in a McDonald's restaurant.

18/11/2024: Service is probably the worst I've ever experienced lately. At first I thought the issue was Just Eat. But it transpires it was McDonald's itself. I ordered a delivery at 3.48pm. 90mins later at 5.20pm our food arrived freezing cold. Not just Luke warm but freezing. Even the outside of the food bag was cold to touch. They made our food on time and left it sitting on the window in the restaurant for over 1hr. That's where they leave all deliveries. Not under a heater, on a cold window. I got a refund issued from just eat and I drove down to get new food. When I arrived they didn't even apologise etc. I got my fresh food drove home and opened the bag to see that part of my order was missing. I drove back down again told the guy at the till that I'm missing nuggets from order 97 and he just grabbed nuggets and a napkin and went to hand them to me. I had to ask for a bag! I got no apology or anything at all for having to make 3 attempts and drive down 2 times to get food. Food is always missing from orders and always cold. They also push out delivery orders and make customers that are in the shop wait ages. I've waited up to 30mins for food in there recently while they pile up deliveries on the window. McDonald's shouldn't take more than 5-10mins for sit down or take away.

08/10/2024: Choice of shops is limited, a lot of vacant units.

23/08/2024: The women that work in thw hairdressers in there are top 👌 definitely leave them soem good feedback one of them gives serious head

22/11/2024: Ordered a falafel wrap and this is what I ended up getting, 3 falafels in a wrap, no sauce, nothing. When I called to complain, they said they would do something the next time, brother there’s no next time!!! Worst ever wrap!!!!! Worst ever service!!!!!!! Never ordering again!!!!!

20/11/2024: Today I want to Babylon cafe . The service was too slow we bought donner kabab from there and it was too bad the kabab was too hard and the souse was very bad. The bread was very hard like it has been made few days back. Anyway not going the shop anymore

04/08/2024: Absolute waste of a building with only ignorant owners who have no respect this place needs to be gone immediately, cursing at customers is unacceptable

04/08/2024: Nothing special Kebab is not on on original nan bread Similar to wrap or pizza base Fish and chips Ok

18/11/2024: I ordered a breast sandwich and snack bok . The chicken breast sandwich had a very small serving of chicken, Snack box Chicken was way overcooked chips where cold . I got a drink. Fanta tasted nothing like Fanta . Approximately 18 euros I'd be more than happy if the food was up to scratch, Service was rapid. Maybe take a little time . I won't attend this particular establishment again.

11/11/2024: When asked plain burger in note . all be full in the burger .

20/10/2024: Fresh cream cakes here are the best around

13/10/2024: the place is great, good service, but the cakes have gotten worse. the cream is too sweet, impossible to eat. has your chef changed?

13/10/2024: ordered her 9” pepperoni. And orange shoot drink. €16. I ordered a “meal deal” 13.5” Hawaiian and chips and chicken dippers €30: plus €4 for delivery. €50.15 cent. Absolute madness. You’d want to own dominoes to afford to eat out there. We could have sat down in a restaurant for less. Never again.

20/09/2024: Delivery driver was very friendly and bang on time but unfortunately the pizza was burnt and was expensive………. The food was so bad my dog didn’t even eat it ! The staff here need to be trained to cook
