01/04/2024: Lookes cramped from outside but plenty of space upstairs, where the area is well lit by two windows. Good coffee and lovely snacks. The toffee / caramel flavoured cookie is a must.

18/01/2024: In shock at how bad this place treated my daughter and niece today Staff member (Delia) got down to my nieces level and raised her voice pointing her finger into her face & told her to be quiet that she was losing customers over her !! She niece is 2 Safe to say I would not recommend!! I Understand kids can be annoying fair enough but in what universe is it okay to shout into a two year olds face let alone the fact it’s a customers child, If she would have said it to us nicely and politely we’d have an no problem but to take it to such extreme lengths iv never seen the likes of it

03/02/2024: THE BEST THE BEST THE BEST!!! my family and I look forward to our “treats for the week”! A bit on the pricier end, but worth it for the quality of the products🤤 Oreo dotie bars, magic bars and cinnamon rolls are the staples in our order! No where else in the county (maybe even the country in all honesty) comes even close to the beautiful creations that come out of here. The shop itself is warm and inviting, very cute and the girls who work in there are SO kind, helpful and friendly! HIGHLY recommend you treat yourself and try this place out😍

02/04/2024: I've eaten the takeaway many times and it's good, but never eaten in, so I decided to try this early on a Tuesday evening. The place was, not surprisingly for a Tuesday at 6pm, empty of sit in diners. I asked the young man at reception if I could sit at one of the window tables looking out onto the street. To my surprise he told me no I couldn't and would I sit at one of the interior tables set for 2 people (as opposed to the window tables that were set for 4). I asked him if the window tables were reserved or if he was expecting many people to come. "No" he replied, "but we don't let ONE person sit at tables set for 4, but I could sit at one of the aforementioned interior tables for 2". I was flabbergasted tbh and told him no thankyou, that I would go and eat somewhere else. "No problem" he sneeringly called after me. THE PLACE WAS EMPTY!? So I am currently writing this review from the excellent Pasta Bella, a few doors down at, yes you guessed it, a WINDOW TABLE, where the waitresses are mannerly and polite and had absolutely no objection to my taking one of the 2 window tables.

06/03/2024: Our once a month treat. Relaxed atmosphere even when packed. Food is delicious, with a huge menu. Never rushing to kick you out when you’re finished. Highly recommended.
