11/05/2026: Definitely a 3 star. Not a great experience. Staff at breakfast were nice but the buffet areas were dirty and messy, milk and cereal spilt in various areas not cleaned up even after letting them know. Room was old fashioned and not in good condition. No parking free for guests, no free access to pool.

11/05/2026: Unfortunately, the hotel was disappointing overall. The rooms are outdated and in need of proper maintenance and refurbishment. The facilities did not meet the standard expected, and the overall experience was below average. The staff, however, were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which was appreciated. Sadly, it was not a comfortable or enjoyable place to stay for the night.

06/06/2026: Nice place to eat out in Enniscorthy. Cool atmosphere and decoration. Attentive and friendly staff serving amazing food. Chargrilled chicken was really nicely tempered and the spicy rice was super as a side.

05/05/2026: A cozy and charming place with a unique atmosphere. Being here feels like a little getaway from everyday life — warm, inviting, full of character, serving delicious food and offering a great selection of wines for every taste.

07/12/2025: Castlebridge Dusty Boy - the area is freezing cold, staff unfriendly no meet/greet/had to ask if there was a special/soup. Food is very nice but takes quite a while to get to the table. A smile and a bit of friendly banter would go a long way - show some customer appreciation.

09/10/2025: This is a very quaint and vibey lil café, the matcha is of the best I've ever had and the bap is delicious with every single to last bite (even though I don't usually eat eggs), and the servers, Ruth and Siobhan were very attentive with their service. I've heard a good few people praising this place and from experiencing it myself, I now see why! The playlist is quite vibey too 😎

13/10/2025: Definitely best pizza I've ever had. I got the skinny based Mexican pizza, it was delicious. This place is spotless and the staff are really friendly. Great prices and great service. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed

25/03/2026: Came here for my husbands 40th food was gorgeous and our server Claudia was so lovely nothing was to much trouble she went above and beyond for us an absolute credit to the hotel

15/04/2026: (Update on below Service has improved so have adjusted my review, haven’t been kept waiting around on last few orders and no order mix ups) The food is very good I can’t fault that but the service is among the worst I’ve seen for a takeaway Anytime I’ve tried ordering at the counter it’s take ages for anyone to come to take the order For one order I had to wait as they had given my bag to another customer and I had to wait for them to return it Another I tried to ring in an order and was asked to hold , I could hear the server on the phone taking another 3 orders for delivery on the phone whilst I was waiting , after hearing the server take another order I hung up Can’t really recommend , but if you want to try use the app when ordering

07/08/2025: Got a pizza ,never again I could not pick up a slice as the base was soo thin just impossible and grease floating at the top of it . It was a mess and did not taste like a pizza . And way over priced

15/04/2026: ​I have been a regular at this establishment for a long time, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to justify returning. It is painful to see a place I once enjoyed fall into such a consistent decline in both service and food quality. ​The Atmosphere & Service ​The interior is significantly dated and feels like it hasn't been touched in years, but the lack of hospitality is the bigger issue. As a customer, I always make a point to say "please" and "thank you," yet the staff never returns the gesture. It’s the small things that make a guest feel welcome, and unfortunately, that warmth is completely gone here. ​The Food ​The quality has unfortunately slipped. On a prior visit, I ordered the turkey and ham dinner; the ham was incredibly "off" and the entire meal was frankly disgusting. When I brought this to the manager's attention, I still paid in full, but she didn't even act surprised by the complaint—which is perhaps the most concerning part. ​Final Thoughts ​I truly hope this place can turn things around and return to its former glory. I want to support them, but after being met with cold service and sub-par food, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be back.

11/04/2026: Got delivery, it was freezing no side salad, no sauce, curry was watery and there was burnt ends in the bag of chips. The chicken was slimy when I bit into it and it was the smallest weird shapes I have ever seen it tastes off!

15/11/2025: Definitely best takeaway in Enniscorthy. Fabulous friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. This place is spotless, I got the fish and chips and a family snack box, got to say it was 10 out of 10. Keep up the great work, see you Sunday for more delicious food
