22/10/2024: I was taking a short work break but needed to some sustenance as I had skipped breakfast. I walked in, was waves to be a waitress who brought me to a table. Was given a menu within seconds. I ordered a custom breakfast within a minute and it arrived in the time it takes me to poach an egg. The service is unnaturally good. The food was perfect. I loved the toast which is made from really thick sliced bread. Doesn't seem to have any gluten in it otherwise I'd be more bloated than a politician during an election. The atmosphere was chilled. Given the architecture you'd expect a lot of noise batista sounds but these folks seemed to have that nonsense covered. I highly recommend.
22/09/2024: Have been regulars for a number of years.Been great on the past but not today.Disappointed, considering the past experience while we both us rollators we have been well looked after in the past.While today when we were there it was not as full as usual but found some staff running around, for effect don't know if there was bosses spot checking but? We are of an age and income that we share meal sometimes never a problem before but today.Problem with ordering and service normally would have extras but sorry,,today we just wanted to pay and go.We would normally leave a tip.
Only tip today is breathe, regroup atget back to looking after the small customers without them as well as other customers Tills stop ringing and doors close.Please don't let that happen.

28/10/2024: What a wonderful Cafe! Best coffee in Blessington! Decaf is very delicious as well! The atmosphere is cozy and nice, great staff/service. I would recommend anyone who passes by this wonderful town to stop by and have a cup of coffee.

28/10/2024: I had my first Irish Guinness on tap at West Wicklow House. We have it on tap in the states but it doesn’t compare to Ireland. The food was absolutely delicious, so we ate here multiple times while in Blessington. Great service and atmosphere, can’t wait to visit again!

20/10/2024: I can only give feedback about the houses. They are mostly in good condition. 3 rooms with en suit bathrooms. Nice spacious kitchen with dining room and living room all in one space but nicely set up. Avon is situated near a lake and has beautiful views. Many places to take a walk, for example the forest around the lake. Also places to see. There is a cafe and food court on the premises. There is also security, which is good.

17/09/2024: Good food, Garlic naan ,paneer and mango lassi was very tasty and Veg Biryani was less spicy but very flavourful. Can be improved as the quantity of food is less, there were only 4 pieces of starters in platter.
16/08/2024: Honestly, I don't have a great review for this place. When we visited, first of all there was no one to attend us and we were standing there for almost 10 mins. After getting a table to sit, we placed our order and had to ask multiple times about the order update. Just besides us was the family with similar situation. Would not recommend this place.

The Big Blue Bus

30/06/2024: The place is quite good, the pizzas are a little expensive for the size, but they taste good. They attended to us in Spanish despite being in Ireland, the service was very good. The atmosphere is the best of all, to be with friends it is phenomenal; They have ludo and two XXL sized jengas, very fun.

27/10/2024: The lady I was speaking to was very unhelpful and hung up on us. Very disrespectful and extremely unhelpful with regards to the menu.. this is to add to a number of times our order had had errors in our estate.
03/06/2024: Very disappointing, Decor needs up dating. (painting)The guy serving not very friendly. They would not serve my child Spice box on a plate, that's all he eats from that range of food. They said that was only on the take away menu. We were the only customers in there. The 4 starters were good, 4 mains not great. It use to be so nice and welcoming, sorry to say it's not anymore. Most Restraunts would cater for what a child would eat. Not here even though they had it.

18/10/2024: Ordered at 5.25... pizza came at 7.30. Freezing. Called twice and was told twice it's just coming out of the oven... DO NOT ORDER.
16/10/2024: This is the worst takeaway I’ve ever been to . Staff has no customer service at all, they were rude and ignored customers. They sat there vaping and on their phones. My order was meant to be ready in 15 mins and I went into get it and was left there standing for an hour. The food isn’t great either it’s not worth the wait . I wouldn’t bother going there again . The place is in a state aswell doesn’t look like it would pass any health and safety inspection.

11/06/2024: There is a South African woman working in the deli that comes across as the coldest person I’ve ever met in terms of customer service. There’s an energy about her saying she hates her job, but I would ask why work in an environment you don’t like is the question? It’s very off-putting from a customer point of view and questions should I avoid or go somewhere else.
