Wonderful meal at 1826 Adare. Appreciated the personal touch of Wade coming to our table giving info on our choice of wine.

Just spent 10 days all over the country, and this was the best dinner we had. Lovely intimate spot, I can’t wait to get back. The serving staff (18:30 16/10) was the best, gave great recommendations and made the night perfect. The scallops, crab, onion soup, venison, all winners! And the prosecco to boot! Love 1826

We celebrated a birthday dinner with a group of 10 at 1826 Adare, and the whole experience was simply outstanding. The food was professional, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The chicken melted in the mouth, while the pork was incredibly soft and tender — every dish left us impressed. The atmosphere of the old cottage is warm and welcoming, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A big thank you to the entire team — from the waiters to the chefs — for making the evening so special. The birthday boy is still glowing with happiness, and all of us left with smiles and full hearts. We are more than satisfied and will definitely be back. An unforgettable evening with excellent food, great service, and wonderful mood — highly recommended!

We happened upon this wonderful restaurant on our way from Shannon airport to Waterville. What a treasure! All four members of our family were very pleased with the selections and the delicious food that was prepared for us. Our daughter and her partner are vegans and gluten intolerant and were very impressed by the food. My french onion soup and monkfish scampi were superb. We would definitely love to return to this charming restaurant.

My wife and I visited for dinner and we were very impressed. The food was superb and the staff were extremely attentive, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant.
