An Pucan in Galway

We had a nice dinner here. We ordered 2 fish and chips, 1 chicken Cesar salad, 1 jalapeño burger and a mac and cheese. The fish and chips' batter was crunchy and the fish was moist. The salad portion was large and it had a lot of chicken. The burger had the right amount of spice. The mac and cheese was dry. We would have liked it to be cheesier.

It took a while to get the attention of the staff, but when we did, they were lovely. I ordered a Smoked Salmon poke bowl which said that it came with jalapeno mayo and soy sauce, but came with neither. Once I could find a staff member to tell them, they brought out a bottle of soy sauce and a dish of plain mayo. So the food ended up being good, it just took a while to get there.

A very nice pub with excellent live music. The service is very friendly, but not attentive enough for me personally. The food is really good, although everything here is a bit bland for me personally. Overall, though, we had a good time!

What a place to have a fun night out...atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive and was a great experience , can't wait to go back again this weekend.

Great pub and restaurant. Incredibly good Caesar salad. Superb lunch prices for food and drinks with a good selection. The draft beers are also available by the half pint. The staff are helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Great place for lunch with a lunch menu. Would come here for dinner as well. Loved the atmosphere, food was very good, and the service was exceptional.

Good food, great atmosphere and a fabulous selection of beers. Was happy to see that they had a good variety of vegetarian options on the menu. Their beer garden is super nice!

Nice pub. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Great food. The steak is highly recommended ! If I’m ever in Galway again would definitely return
