The food was excellent. It was a wee bit quiet but the food and service made it a worthwhile visit.

Oh wow. I loved every bite. Started with the terrine of Clonakilty black and white pudding. Freaking delicious. The seafood pie, oh my. I’m in heaven. Hubs had the angus burger which was marvelous. Give this place a visit, you won’t regret it. I can’t post pictures because we ate so fast.

Late lunch/ early dinner happened upon after day of driving. Well worn and tired furnishings. Smell a bit off-putting . Fish pie was watery/soupy. Looked just like the chowder with watery potatoes on top. Tasted a bit off. was difficult to finish. Some of fish undercooked. Update for owner … yes we dined at An Sugan per c card receipt. I had modified fish pie to make gluten free, no breadcrumbs Sat in first room as you walk in door.

An Súgan came highly recommended but we were a little disappointed. A little overrated.

Come across by mistake food was good nice old school decor fast friendly service

Haddock and chips were outstanding, as was the sticky toffee pudding. Both were the best we’ve had in Ireland! Dennis was witty and engaging as our server.

100% healthy and delicious. I had the salmon and fennel risotto. We also had fish and chips and starters of clonakilty pudding and also the pate. Everything was delicious and the staff were lovely. Will definitely come again :)
