We loved everything about it. The food, the ambience, the welcoming staff (very international, e.g, Romanian, Spanish, French). One of us didn‘t like fish but got a very good replacement in those courses containing seafood.
Pro tip: order the juice accompaniment in advance if you want no alcohol!

Incredible family experience here for a special occasion. Not cheap, but probably life changing :)

The 1 Michelin star for the 160€ 24 course meal was well deserved. Every dish had attention to detail, a blast of unique flavors and lovely presentation. My favorites were the lamb, sherbet, and apple crumb. My least favorite was the pigeon which had tough skin to cut/chew.
The staff was very attentative during our experience. It was cool to be able to see into the kitchen where the chefs prepared the dishes before serving. I was not expecting 2 poems during the course. I loved the envelopes we got at the end of the meal of the menu which was a recyclable/plantable paper.

Truly fine dining with care and detail for each aspect. Took a preteen; the children’s menu was the perfect balance (same, but less, dishes as main menu, but those that may appeal to younger palates) and we were both treated amazingly by service and chefs. Juice pairing is a must!

We had a fabulous experience last night. All of the staff welcomed us so well. Super friendly and top class service.
Now for the food... Unreal. Every dish we savoured and hardly spoke until every last bite was consumed before moving on to the next delight.
The wine pairing was stunning. The decor the cutlery all so unique yet homely. Everything was wonderful. We really can't wait for the next celebration to return to aniar.

Wowsa, always wondered what a Michelin star experience was like. Got it in spades here. Atmosphere, Service and food was far beyond what I've experienced before. 24 courses, 6 different wines.

Visited November 2024. This place is fantastic! Food, service and atmosphere were terrific. They use mostly local ingredients and decor. The "Irish cocktail" pairing was different than most Michelin pairings and very good. They gave me a signed cookbook at the end of the night.

This place is incredible and the gastro experience awaiting anyone who goes there is out of this world. Each plate is more unique and intriguing than the last. The staff explain the dishes with pride and are happy to answer any questions. The wine menu is excellent also. Thank you Alicia for being so friendly and taking us through all our questions.

There's a very calm quality to this restaurant. My wife has a shellfish allergy, so on booking I had alerted them.
We each enjoyed 24 creative courses ( hers without the shellfish)
Unusual for a restaurant of this quality, they offer corkage if you wish to bring your own wine. They source all the ingredients locally & everything is seasonal.
A standout meal in a beautiful city.
