A truly special meal. Make sure you go hungry - this isn't one of those Michelin star restaurants that you leave feeling you haven't been fully fed. I had been able to put on the booking form that my partner doesn't like fish and her tasting menu was well adapted so that we could have a similar experience without having to go full veggie. We loved the whole experience and felt well looked after, the presentation was fantastic, and the details within the restaurant design were really well considered. The whole meal was around 3.5 hours. Definitely recommend for a memorable evening.

The food is fantastic. Surprising dishes, beautiful decor and clear explanations of dishes and drinks. The only downside: they ask for a tip, at least 10%. This is unworthy of such a restaurant.

Once I came in, I could feel the warmth of the staff and the restaurant. I absolutely loved my experience here and it was very memorable. There were 24 unique dishes that covered different elements of cuisine from the western region. I had savory oyster ice cream, along with artichoke foam and delicious bread that came alongside a poem. There were surprises here and there, with the chefs proudly discussing the elements of the dishes. I appreciated hearing about the dishes as it told a story of what went behind each dish. The staff members seemed passionate and were so kind. I look at my pictures and get so happy thinking about how I felt when I tried the dishes. Some were so surprising! The meal ended with a nice touch where they gave me a menu with chamomile seeds embedded within. They told me I could plant it and I plan to. What a great experience! I highly recommend. Everything was delicious and creative. I would go back again. This element was very memorable for my trip to Ireland.

I was looking forward to it, but unfortunately it doesn't deserve a Michelin star. The food is relatively ordinary, the seafood is not handled well, the fishy smell cannot be covered up by the sauce, and the overall food is on the salty side. The tasting menu I had this time had a lot of seasonings that were obviously Asian-style (although the chef didn't think so). The overall dish has no subject matter. Wine pairing and juice pairing cannot add points to a dish. When introducing the dishes and drinks, it looks like a standard script. There is no enthusiasm and no intention for customers to understand. The service is not attentive enough, which is really a pity. Basically I won't visit again. Expected more, disappointed even more. Generally speaking an okay restaurant that does NOT deserve Michelin 1 star. Service is polite but not paying attention to the details. Cuisine explanation feels like routine script reading without enthusiasm. Food is okay but seafood cuisines need more refinement. Wine and juice pairing are not adding extra tastes to the cuisines, which is a shame. The menu should be given in the beginning not at the end as a gift unless they can make sure that cuisines can be explained well to the customers during dining.

Excellent, regional, excellent quality, thank you for the wonderful experience and the friendly service, rarely eaten so well and with so many nuances including a harmonious wine accompaniment. Wonderful at the start of my stay in the beautiful coastal city of Galway
