What a beautiful little cafe! We shared the pate, it was so light and delicious. The toast was homemade and again delicious. They serve local produce. The price is very fair and the surroundings are very comfortable with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely come back on my next visit.

The Chunky Chip

20/02/2025: Chips were not crispy which is odd as this is their flagship dish. Chicken was southern fried but spice was very mild. I would expect southern fried chicken to be crispy. This was soggy. Ate in as it was my only option. Music was far too loud and seemed to be on for the benefit of the staff rather than the customers. Certainly not my choice of music nor my choice of chippers.
03/02/2025: The food was lovely, but no fish and chips. Just got a burger instead. A bit expensive 🤔

28/12/2024: An institution of Clonakilty, lovely cosy corners for a drink, and great menu for lunch or dinner. Crab claws always our favourite!
