Armorica in Oranmore

No comí aquí, solo me alojé en el alojamiento. Fue una decisión de última hora, ya que el precio era mucho más bajo que en cualquier otro lugar en Co Galway. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda y los tés surtidos. Lo que me decepcionó fue el ruido del exterior. Estaba en la habitación 3 y solo me di cuenta tarde cuando estaba listo para dormir que la ventana no se cerró correctamente. Esta habitación da directamente a la calle principal y por lo que tuve unas tres horas de apenas tráfico. Además, no hay cortinas en la habitación solo una persiana opaca que se ha cortado a medida pero no muy bien. Cuando se tira hacia abajo, hay alrededor de una pulgada o dos a cada lado donde la farola vierte a través. Finalmente, entiendo que esto es Oranmore, pero mi pareja fue capaz de caminar en el alojamiento a las 9 de la noche y venir arriba completamente desapercibido y sin control. Como mujer viajando sola, no me sentí muy segura esa noche.

Fantástico almuerzo de pescado John Dory, verduras a la parrilla, patata bebé, puré de zanahoria y deliciosa salsa todo sin gluten y muchas otras ofertas en el menú para satisfacer al cliente sin gluten. Postre de sorbete y pera escalfada... Devine ... . . también para notar la provisión de pan tostado sin gluten que en realidad sabía bien ... el servicio era excelente y simplemente apreciaba verdaderamente la consideración de aquellos con necesidades alimentarias particulares. Volveré al 100%.

The ambience and structural character of this multi-faceted space is perfect for my way to travel. I love the old buildings with all of their quirks and quaint spaces. Pack light! There is no elevator! :)

Great service. I had the beef Shepard’s pie. Unfortunately it was bland and from what I could see was 75% mash on top of a bed of minced beef with a few bits of carrot. No evidence of a stock or herbs from what I could see. I didn’t finish it. Chicken burger looked good but those that had it were unimpressed. For the prices, we expected better but came away disappointed. Fish dishes had mixed reviews. One positive, one fair and one negative.

Fantastic restaurant with wonderful food!

Fantastic host Natasha and her team! The room is cozy and just want we need, parking included. The location was perfect: walking distance pubs/restaurants/groceries, also close to Oranmore trainstation making it easy to go Galway or Dublin. Restaurant was absolutely amazing! Absolutely delicious fusion and great service! We visited in Nov from the US, looking forward to go again!!

Had a delicious vegetarian breakfast, something different to the norm. We were looked after so well, attention to detail and friendly staff.
