We have been coming to Dingle for over 20 years and Ashes is our go to place. The owner, Sinead, and the chef, Paul, have consistently maintained the highest standards on food, service and ambience. Of note are the chowder, prawns pil-pil, John Dory and steak. The wines have been carefully sourced and the Guinness is excellent. Highly recommended.

Dinner was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Sinéad was kindly able to offer us our favourite table, which was a great start to the evening. Beef was so delicious and the mussels were absolutely magnificent. Service impeccable and the overall feel good factor was ten out of ten. Can’t wait to return. Ashe’s is always a winner. 👌

One of the best restaurants in Dingle. Need to book in advance as it’s quite popular. The last few times I’ve been here have eaten fish and it has been excellent each time. Would highly recommend!

So sadly we were there on a Sunday and Monday, so we didn't get to have the food. But staying in the accommodations was great. Prefect location, you can easily hear music from at least 2 Pubs a night and great for people watching when the Pubs close. Wish we could have tried the food since everyone had really good things to say about it. Next time!

We tried to get a reservation with no luck. We showed up early and they gave us a table for one hour. The service, food and drinks were top notch. We had appetizers to share, as we had eaten a late lunch. We shared the fried goat cheese with beet purée, blue cheese, pear and pecan salad and the seafood chowder. They gave us bread which appeared to be homemade. Goodness everything was amazing. The chowder was the best we’ve had and the goat cheese is what dreams are made of. Get a reservation and go hungry.

We dined twice at Ashes during our Aug-25 holiday week at Dingle, as we do every year. Food, ambience and staff are superb. Thank you Sinead & Team.

Great central location and friendly staff. We stayed here for 2 nights - it was a great base for Dingle, right beside all the pubs

We had the pleasure of an outstanding meal at Ashes restaurant during our stay in Dingle. It was our most delicious dinner of our weeklong visit to Ireland where we enjoyed a lot of good food. The restaurant is homey and comfortable with very friendly, genuine service. I so enjoyed the poached pear and blue cheese salad as well as the cracked crab claws - they were absolutely incredible! Others in our party liked the mussels and the risotto which was very special. We only ordered one meringue for dessert which was a huge mistake bc it was absolutely delicious and we were all fighting over it! Just a lovely evening. Thank you.
