I had a wonderful dinner at Ashes with my wife, kids (14, 11, 7yo), and parents (70s). Really, there was not a weak spot in the experience. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. The appetizers were creative, colorful, flavorful, and beautifully plated. We tried a couple of them, and they were both excellent. Our entrees were also exquisitely flavored, perfectly cooked, and showed up the seafood so beautifully. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the exact dishes that we had, but in my own and sampling the others', I can attest that they were absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our visit to Ashes and would highly recommend it to anyone in Dingle.
Got a table for five at short notice, which we very much appreciated. Lovely atmosphere and all three courses were delightful. As others have mentioned a tiny bit slow when it came to service towards the end of the evening, but nonetheless, a terrific experience.
