Aunty Lena's in Adare

Missed the old staff and background music is depressing. Bring back the party atmosphere.

Returning from Dingle on the way to Portmarnock we stopped at this wonderful Bar, in a perfect town to enjoy with the family. The walk along the river, the church and the gardens. Highly recommended.

Great spot, good drink, great service. No nonsense. Beir Bua.

Magical pub with good food and great service. Biggest recommendation! After a warm welcome, we were brought to the table, where we immediately noticed many local guests. The food was very good, especially the chowder was fresh and tasty, as was the fish and chips. Ambiance gave a very warm feeling.

Get the beef and Guinness pie... it is to die for!

Personally, we did not try the food but we were left in a bit of a disarray after our bus took a wrong route and skipped our stop completely. Out in the freezing cold with nowhere to go for 40 minutes, they welcomed us in with open arms. We couldn’t afford to buy anything but they continued to let us sit and warm up by the fire. Truly a lovely crowd, I couldn't recommend them more!

We had popped in during the afternoon and liked Liz who greeted us when we came in, so we decided to book here for dinner We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and after dinner we were treated to a tour of the museum upstairs. We were just disappointed that the Sweety Jars on display, are exactly just that and that we couldn't buy any. Highly recommended this restaurant for good food and atmosphere

Great restaurant and bar in Adare. We stopped off heading from Limerick I think and we’re glad to stumble across this place. I had a delicious chicken in a whiskey sauce and the a yummy bowl of soup. Can’t recall exactly what was in our dessert but I think you’ll agree from the photo that it looks sensational.
