Buckley's in Killarney

What a delightful experience to have stayed at the Arbutus Hotel in Killarney. The hotel is a magnificent representation of a family business about to celebrate its 100th year. The hotel has the charm of Old Ireland with modern amenities (no problem charging phones, computers, etc). We enjoyed the pub and the wonderful music as well as a delicious breakfast that is served each morning. Maybe we will go to Ireland again and join in the festivities when the hotel celebrates its 100th anniversary!

Staff very helpful. Softest and best bed I slept in during two weeks of traveling around Ireland. Helped me book a place for my next stop. Great shampoos, etc.

The Arbutus Hotel was amazing. Killarney is a must see Location in Ireland, and I highly recommend staying at the Arbutus. It is central to everything, and makes walking around town easy. Super friendly and helpful staff. The moment I walked in an old drunk guy yelled, "NOOTHIN BUT FOOKIN YANKS ERE!" I couldn't stop laughing and now I yell it in every bar I visit.

Great hotel great location great service

What a cool spot! Located right in the town center just steps away from everything Killarney has to offer. The staff was absolutely amazing and made the stay so comfortable you felt like you were staying at a family members home. They even surprised us with one of their premier king rooms since it was my wifes birthday. Buckleys Bar was a cool spot and had great food, so did the breakfast every morning downstairs. The room was very historical, but clean and tidy, my wife absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody looking to get a real original taste of Killarney!

We had an incredible stay at The Arbutus over WanderWild weekend in Killarney in April. Couldn’t be better located for exploring Killarney and with delicious breakfast, amazing service and cosy, comfy rooms, you really couldn’t ask for more!
