Lovely hotel in the heart of Killarney.Rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is great. Michelle and Ina on reception are a joy to engage with. Both so genuine helpful and friendly . Michelle organised a buffet breakfast one morning I had to leave really early without having to even ask And night porter was a gentleman. . Stayed here quite a few times and it's always excellent.

Had a lovely weekend stay with my girlfriend. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean and met all my expectations. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, it is right in the heart of Killarney.

Beautiful rustic and well maintained hotel, right in the center of it all. Super clean large rooms and comfy beds. The bar and restaurant are great! There is even an outdoor terrace and nightly local musicians! Staff is super friendly and attentive... Simply awesome :-)

This has been our best to stay in Ireland thus far. The place is very charming, more like a B&B. Breakfast is a full menu included with room prices. Tons of charm.
The rooms are very clean with all the necessary amenities. The beds were the most comfortable I have been in in years. Crisp sheets, etc.
There is a full restaurant and bar adjacent, which is cozy and has good hours.
Highly recommend this place. Parking is easy there is a lot a block away for a very reasonable cost.

The Killarney is a superb establishment and I think my favorite stay in Ireland. The big bonus is having a wonderful bar and restaurant with music at night. From the train it was only 2-3 blocks walk for me and the other way everything I needed plus more was within walking distance . The history and eloquence of the place seemed m soaked in the walls. I highly recommend the Arbitus experience for anyone traveling within the area.

What a delightful experience to have stayed at the Arbutus Hotel in Killarney. The hotel is a magnificent representation of a family business about to celebrate its 100th year. The hotel has the charm of Old Ireland with modern amenities (no problem charging phones, computers, etc). We enjoyed the pub and the wonderful music as well as a delicious breakfast that is served each morning. Maybe we will go to Ireland again and join in the festivities when the hotel celebrates its 100th anniversary!

The Arbutus Hotel was amazing. Killarney is a must see Location in Ireland, and I highly recommend staying at the Arbutus. It is central to everything, and makes walking around town easy. Super friendly and helpful staff. The moment I walked in an old drunk guy yelled, "NOOTHIN BUT FOOKIN YANKS ERE!" I couldn't stop laughing and now I yell it in every bar I visit.
