Went in for a few jars after the boxing in Castlebar. The atmosphere was brilliant, the pints were great and the staff couldn't do enough for us - we even got a lift home at the end of the night as the taxis were scarce. The visit genuinely made the weekend. Brilliant.

AMAZING PUB! Best experience EVER if you order drink, they will ocasionally give you Fries or sausages, very nice vibes, you HAVE to try it if you come to Castlebar

Mike Byrne. A legend in Castlebar. Passion for sports, to be a good host and the friendship toward locals and tourists are laws in his pub. Worth every cent. Keep up the good job!

A great pub with locals and good beer. Mike, the owner is very friendly! We orderd beer but he offerd us a lot of things, for free: chips, food.

Clearly a favourite of the locals and makes you feel like a local too. Cash only but there's an ATM just down the road. Cheap pints but an atmosphere that money can't buy
