Attended a function here on the run up to Christmas. Great food, amazing service, and very attentive/professional staff. Tried the chicken burger and the festive sandwich. The festive sandwich was indescribably delicious and the chicken burger was hands down one of the best burgers that I’ve ever tasted. Highly recommended.

Came here with my partner just before Christmas and the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the festive sandwich and fries and left as satisfied as after Xmas dinner. Staff were very friendly and efficient, will definitely be going back.

Nice spot for breakfast/brunch. I loved their menu - it has bakery items like croissants, scones and also have chicken waffles, sandwiches, pancakes to name a few. One side dish really enjoyed was the creamy wish mushroom and spinach with sourdough. The staff is nice and are very accommodating. Definitely worth a visit when in Killarney.

The egg options for breakfast are absolutely perfect. Balanced, perfectly cooked and baked, full of flavor. Clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. Service at a desirable level. The best place in Killarney for a good breakfast

Decidimos visitar aquí al salir a caminar. Somos locales. Fuimos a comer el domingo. La comida era preciosa excepto por las patatas fritas que venían con el Montecristo que eran duros y algunos no eran comestibles. El resto de nuestra comida era buena. Nos sentamos afuera. Nuestra mesa no estaba limpia y parecía haber un retraso en sacar agua y cubiertos. No dejaremos que esto nos desconecte. Solo porque te sientes afuera no te olvides de nosotros. Estoy deseando volver.

Mi amigo y yo vinimos aquí el domingo pasado para el almuerzo y decidimos sentarnos afuera. He estado aquí antes y el servicio siempre fue excelente, sin embargo, ya que éramos las únicas dos personas fuera, tuvimos que esperar bastante para obtener nuestro pedido y obtener nuestra comida, no estoy seguro de si es porque estábamos fuera y la mayoría de la gente estaba dentro. Sin embargo, dejando eso de lado, la comida es simplemente deliciosa y el personal es muy amable y acogedor. Así que si estás buscando un lugar cálido y acogedor para disfrutar de un buen café y comer, Café Du Parc es una visita obligada!

04/01/2025: Nice hotel. Hallways were a bit loud and had to request a fan as the room was very warm. The restaurant staff made me feel like a visiting someone's home. Very welcoming and the tomato bruschetta was the best thing I ate on my whole trip
02/01/2025: Receptionist was snooty which i was not expecting and was disappointed. Room didn't smell great. Windows needed to be opened . View from room is wall 3 metres away and over growing trees. Tea facilities but no water provided for making tea?Breakfast was good. Only positive

Avenue Hotel

11/12/2024: My wife and I have just arrived home from our three night stay. The first night did not get off to a good start. We were given a joined room separated with a locked door. We were awaken around 2:00 am with someone knocking on a door trying to get in. They then turned their TV on and proceeded to watch TV till 8;00 am. My wife and I didn't get much sleep. The next two nights were very quiet although I did report the first night to the receptionist. Our meals we could not complain about as we had three evening meals, two in the bar and one in the restaurant all of which were excellent. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff where very friendly. My wife has a disability and parking was provided for us in their underground parking and this was very much appreciated.
17/11/2024: Estábamos alojados en otro hotel, que nos encantó, pero paramos aquí en el bar de habitaciones Kenmare para la cena / cena después de un viaje en los 'Jaunting Cars' alrededor del parque. El menú estaba listado afuera así que pensamos, oh qué diablos - ¿por qué no? ¡Chico, fue una gran decisión! Pedimos el ASADO PRIME IRISH RIB OF BEEF y SLOW ROAST LEG OF KERRY LAMB y fue tan genial! Algunos de los mejores alimentos que tuvimos en todo nuestro viaje y habíamos probado algo de comida bastante buena hasta ahora! Estábamos tan contentos de haber parado aquí - incluso el interior del bar era hermoso y solo añadido al disfrute de la comida. El personal también era genial y muy atento. Si alguna vez tenemos la bendición de volver a Kilarney - definitivamente vamos a volver aquí!
