Cafe Grey in Greystones

Stopped for some lunch when passing through. Relatively small menu, as expected for a cafe, but the options were so nice that I struggled to choose. Went for a pulled pork ciabatta and my wife had a ham and cheese toasties. Herself was also impressed by the cute teapot and saucer set her tea was served in. The food was fantastic, with quality and quantity to suit the €9 per sandwich price.

Good coffee, lovely atmosphere, bad service.

Best flat white I've had in a very long time. Great cakes too.

Not sure what Catherine is on about below. I was there with my parents at lunchtime today and I’m willing to bet she was with the group of 5 who came in and were incredibly rude to the staff. By the way, we are Irish, there were plenty of other Irish there. We were treated well. I’d say your awful manner was the reason you had a bad time, not where you’re from

No matter how often we go, we’re always impressed by the quality and flavors. The staff and owners make us feel right at home—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about creating a great experience for everyone. It’s rare to find a place that’s this reliable and welcoming, and Cafe Grey has truly become our go-to spot. Can’t recommend it enough!

My wife was craving something sweet, which is not unusual, but meeting that requirement at 4pm, especially for some dessert which is freshly prepared and is the 'world's best' is hard to come by. Really yummy well balanced desserts.
