Nice jolly family vibe. Real croissants which break and taste in the mouth like croissants should but generally don't. Good coffee, water genuinely infused with mint leaves. A cafe as it should be .

Solid 4 stars. Stopped in for breakfast on our way out of Kilkenny. We arrived at 8:15 am and had no problems getting seated. Owner was friendly and taking care of a line of to-go patrons the entire time. Simple menu all with enticing ingredients and flavors. Boys both ordered the Supreme Sandwich ($13.50 Euro each) while my wife and I had the Blueberry Pancakes ($13.50 Euro each) along with two coffees ($3.30 Euro each). While we waited, a fresh batch of scones was finished so we figured why not ($3.80 Euro each). Fresh, warm, and flavorful was the Strawberry and Thyme scone. Overall, this was an enjoyable breakfast in a cute venue with standard market pricing. Note that there are no refills on the coffee so savor your caffeine appropriately. All-in for our meal was $71 Euros (~$81 USD).

This place was unreal, so good that we went two days in a row. An absolute must-visit when in Kilkenny

If 6 stars were an option I would give Cafe La Coco 6 stars. The food was amazing, the vanilla chai latte was so good, and the atmosphere is quaint. I wanted to try everything on the menu!

Very nice and cozy place, slightly cold. A little slow in serving but the wait is worth it. The cheesecake is excellent
