Cafe Spresso in Cork

Highly recommended, got a Small breakfast and bagel with coffees. Could not fault the food and good value.

If you're going to Cork and want to eat reasonably well, homemade, and cheap, this place is a must. The owner makes everything, both the food and the service. Plus, there are only a few tables and it's usually full at lunchtime. We liked it quite a bit. We had to wait a bit, but nothing excessive.

Delicious pierogis and wraps. Super kind proprietor. Second time eating here in two days. Great value!

The best cafe in the country. Delicious Irish cafe menu, alongside a full Polish menu as well! Open late for a cafe. I make sure to go every time I end up in Cork. Top notch!!! And run by lovely people as well.

We went for breakfast! Great spot. There was just one gentleman working so it wouldn't be the best for a quick meal, but it was very tasty. If we stayed longer we would've loved to check out some other menu options!

Absolutely delicious, the mom & pop shop feel is there 1000%! If you like something homie, this is it! One guy that makes all the food, takes your order and cleans!

Our first breakfast in Ireland had to be a full Irish breakfast, of course. I found Cafe Spresso, which was a short walk from our hotel, and it had pretty good reviews. It was a Monday at around 11 AM, and there was probably only one other table dining. The menu looked like it was a mix of Irish and Hungarian cuisine. We ordered the large Full Irish Breakfast (2 bacon, 2 sausages, 2 eggs, black and white pudding, mushrooms, beans, tomato, toast, tea or coffee) and one of the Hungarian specials, a meat croquette, which comes with a cup of beetroot soup. The Irish Breakfast was good - oily, like you’d expect. It did the trick. It’s enough to share between two people, just because it’s so greasy. I would skip the croquette. It was definitely left over from the night (or maybe more) before. It was soggy and salty. I did enjoy the beetroot soup, but I didn’t want to mix too much of it with the coffee I was already drinking. Cafe Spresso is a good option for a full Irish brekkie, which is only €12! But I would just stick to that.

Nothing better than having bangers and mash potatoes in the morning! Cut the beans and take the peas and carrots instead. My mistake!

¡Qué delicioso desayuno! Servicio súper rápido. Buena comida, porciones bastante grandes. Se sentía local y el precio era tan razonable. Me gustaría comer aquí una y otra vez!

Deliciosa comida! Sí, este es un lugar pequeño, pero estoy sorprendido de cómo la porción perfecta puede ser para 7 personas en una sola vez. ¡Muy recomendable!
