Starters were fab. Service was even better.

Sunday lunch plenty of choose prompt service and good attention to detail.

We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful refurbished room. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order, which is so much nicer than a buffet service.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we had a family meal in the Cahir House Library restaurant, adjacent to the pub. This is a lively, popular and well-run establishment, with a very nice atmosphere and excellent service. It was packed at 5pm on a Saturday, and deservedly so. The food was excellent, well above average pub-food. Everthing was good; and the Chowder, in particular, was simply superb. We will certainly stop there next time we are passing through or near Cahir.

We had a nice dinner here. The steak sandwich was good, and the chicken burger was delicious as well.
