Caragh Restaurant in Killarney

Their homemade seafood chowder is incredibly delicious! I recommend indeed! However, there is only one check per table available. So paying separately was not an option for us.

The beef stew is to die for,can't wait till we are back on Kerry mid September, will definitely be visiting a few times even though we are staying on Valentia island. Roll on September 16th.❤️🇮🇪❤️

The meal was quite good, although the vegetables lacked flavor. During dessert, we were rushed and really felt like we were being pushed out the door.

We had a wonderful experience at Caragh Restaurant. The lamb shank was absolutely amazing—beautifully cooked and full of flavour. Our waiter recommended a fantastic wine that paired perfectly with the meal. The food arrived quickly, and the service was just right—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The restaurant itself is lovely, spacious and welcoming. Overall, a fantastic meal and excellent service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was delightful, service was prompt and courteous and we would highly recommend it if traveling through Limerick. We went during the slow times of the late afternoon without reservations, and it was still packed with local celebrations and guests. If you're not prepared to be there by 16:00 and see if you get lucky, I highly recommend making a reservation. Our price analysis included adult beverages.

First trout dish I try that has no searing, oil or seasoning; was merely placed in a pan and was tasteless. The veg served as sides weren't fresh. On the other hand, the soup and garlic bread were class.

A restaurant with plenty of options for vegetarians, and the food is always delicious. We went there three times during our stay, and it was a pleasure every time

We ate there with our two children. We got a table quickly and the food was fantastic. One of the best lamb shanks I've ever had! 🤤 It's not a restaurant where you'd linger for four hours. The waiters are definitely keen on serving you quickly. We felt comfortable and had a great meal. 👍

Delicious goulash. Large portion.

We had a fantastic waiter and service. We enjoyed the cottage pie, and lamb shank both were terrific then came dessert where we had the lava cake and apple pie which took the whole meal to the next level. Thank you for a most enjoyable and delicious night.
