03/10/2026: The portions were extremely small for my taste; we all left hungry...and laughing at having to find another pub to eat at after spending €81. The food was good, the place was pleasant, and the service was adequate.

19/09/2026: 3.5/5 Would love to be more positive as staff were friendly and there was a good buzz about the place so it is obviously a popular spot but unfortunately we were disappointed with our food as we were informed wrongly that the buttermilk chicken would be breast (it was a pretty small thigh portion) and were also told there was no cinnamon on the churros which turned out not to be the case. We’re not inclined to make a fuss or create food waste so we didn’t send it back but we did mention the issue with the mains to the manager so found it doubly surprising to then be charged €4 for 2 pints of cordial which seems extraordinarily high for a shot of flavour in your water! The haddock was lovely as was the sticky toffee pudding but overall the experience wasn’t what we had expected.
