What an amazing venue, the ambience of the place, and the Customer service was amazing, 🤩🤩🤩 Plus the Food, and Drinks were To Die for!! We had such a fantastic Night at Cask!! 110 out of 100 for this amazing Venu!!

My mom and I had the most wonderful experience at Cask when we visited Cork. What started as wandering down for a nightcap turned into an entire cocktail experience with stellar service. The cocktail menu clearly had so much love and thought put into it, and I loved that every ingredient is sourced from Ireland. The attention to detail is stellar. And the presentation! The menu comes in a small, beautifully illustrated book explaining the flavor profile, color, glass, and inspiration for each cocktail. As a bartender myself, it was great seeing how passionate the staff here are about their craft. The bartenders suggestions were wonderful, and was able to find something that my mom, who doesn't drink too often, would enjoy. My mom made a comment about loving the menu so much that she wishes she could take it home with her, and not only did the staff gift her one, but they SIGNED IT! This small gesture absolutely made our night. We would absolutely recommend this cocktail bar to anyone, and include it in any of our own future plans to visit Cork.

This was my favourite restaurant in all of Ireland. The food was perfect (beef cheeks, bread and dips, honeyed carrots, pork terrine) and our cocktails (negroni and virgin mojito) we delicious. The server was just cheeky enough and great at his job, making appropriate recommendations and made us feel welcome and happy. It’s a very cool atmosphere, romantic and hip without trying too hard to be cool. Highly recommend.

I booked a table for friend’s birthday and I think it was the nicest dinner we have ever had! From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a lovely lady and sat within minutes. I had discreetly disclosed it was my friend’s birthday and the wait staff did not disappoint. The really friendly and accommodating waiter put through a dessert special without me evening having to say anything. The food was spectacular and the cockatils were top notch. Such a memorable evening cannot recommend enough…. will definitely be back!

Excellent cocktails, highly recommend if you want a cocktail bar specifically. Enjoyed a nice cheese board, the agnolotti, and some chat with the bartenders and staff. They were very friendly and gave us some suggestions for our trip.

Popped in for drinks and came back following night for more drinks and food. Isaac remembered us and also our drink order! Food was amazing particularly the new to the menu Leeks and Ajo Blanco - absolute taste sensation. Beautiful surroundings, lovely ambiance and great food and cocktails. Recommend the "Blow In" cocktail. Thank you for a lovely evening and especially to Issac who is the perfect host.

What a masterclass in customer service. Friendly front of house staff and the waiter taking our drinks couldn't be kinder with recommendations for non alcoholic drinks. Very professional and friendly.

We have nothing but great things to say about Cask. This would be the first cocktail bar we have ever visited that cared so much about its hand crafted drinks that they created a booklet to explain them. The drinks were amazing and very locally sourced. The food was just as good, so good in fact we visited two nights in a row. Both the bartender Michael and the host Harry were as excellent as they were friendly. If we didn't live "across the pond" this would be our go to spot for a nice night out.

Cocktails and staff were amazing. Between us we tried 6 cocktails. B eef cheeks and mushrooms tasted like salt container had fallen into the dish. Just order chips and bread.
