Cask in Cork

Fantastic bar with great service and even better martinis. Came back for small plates dinner and sat at the lovely outdoor courtyard. A wonderful oasis in the middle of a vibrant city

Things have changed unfortunately The cocktails we recieved had u huge singular ice cube which took up 90 percent of the glass so the drink was equivalent to a shot.Got the cheese board also ,it was anothing compared to what it used to be the quantity was a third the size it was last year but still the same price..Staff are great and very helpful, its always been a beautiful bar but I don't think I will get food or cocktails there again.

To be completely honest, if I had not had a recommendation, I would have bypassed this. Looking at what they are doing just did not come across as something where I would have expected an all around great experience. Too often, places like this only do one thing well and the rest is filler. To start off, the cocktail menu is nothing like I would have expected. Everything sounded great. Did the Late for Dinner and absolutely loved it. Everything was balanced and mixed well. Did the ravioli small plate. Once again, made perfectly and the flavor was absolutely amazing. While you may not be a fan of places that do menus like this, especially because of bad experiences, you definitely need to check out Cask. Good thing I don’t live close or I would be broke coming here. Also want to shout out what appeared to be a very diverse staff. Everyone I interacted with was great, and all different kinds of personalities that just merged so well together. This is a MUST VISIT place if you are in Cork.

The best place for a drink in Cork. So good had to go back the next day. Ice cold Beamish is served here with a chilled glass and lowvly selection of whiskies and cocktails for all occasions. The atmosphere is also very stylish with a elegant speakeasy vibe. But most importantly, the staff were all excellent skilled, considerate and kind. Special shout out to the table staff and the bartender with a blond hair streak for their level of service! I also had dinner here and highly recommend the Stake Frites with an perfect salsa Verde, which were served after 9pm and was a life saver as most other places closed their kitchen at 9pm. One of the best places for a drink fullstop. Couldn't recommend more and will be gping back again when I next visit Cork!

It's just downstairs in the hotel, with a small area but excellent atmosphere and service attitude.The name of the wine is very special (you can see it in the picture)And every one is delicious, I can only say that it was smashed.

The food and drinks were very nice, the decor was good too. The service was acceptable, it was just enough. Most of the time it felt like a real task to get the staff to do anything, this is mainly pointed to the wait staff as the drinks and food came out quickly and were well made

I only stayed for one night, but the room was excellent. The restaurant and café had a really lively atmosphere, and the service was top-notch.
