Quinlan's in Cork

Great place to enjoy some great sea food. Definitely fav with tourists and locals. Evening vibes are awesome. I would prefer it any time, for a quite lunch or vibing evening

Recently visited Quinlan’s Seafood Bar in Cork and had a very enjoyable dining experience. The seafood was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Tasty food, friendly service, good location.

We had not been to Quinlans and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the food exquisite. We split the fried Atlantic squid. We initially thought the portion was a bit small but for two people with eyes on dessert (sticky toffee pudding that can’t be skipped) it ended up being the perfect amount. For more than two people I would suggest getting more than one order. My wife had the mussels and I had the pan seared Hake. Both we excellently cooked and well seasoned. The wine prices and selection were an unexpected treat. You should definitely try Quinlan’s the next time you’re in Cork.

I’ve been here twice and was disappointed twice. The service is terrible, the waitress didn’t check on us once while throughly attending to other tables, forgot to bring us the bread we order but yet charged us for it and never brought more water when asked. The sea bass lacks any flavor and the was fish and chips very mushy and undercooked. If you like meat without seasoning this is the place for you. The quality does not come near the price, very disappointing that I wasted my money.

Amazing lobster and the best risotto!

Excellent all together. Service was fast, food was very fresh and the menu very well crafted. The chowder specifically was amazing.
