Wheelchair parking in a great position beside the front entrance.went back following week as so good.highly recommended.try book in advance as it's popular and they will not sardine the dining area if they are full😋🍔🥩🍰🥃🍴✅🅿️

Came back for a nights stay...love this hotel...rooms are immaculate..staff are extremely friendly & lovely food...highly recommend this hotel

We stayed here for over a week in October. The staff was exceptional. They were so accommodating to us, especially for me having special needs. Nobre and Siobhan (Nobre is a bartender and Siobhan is a manager) helped me out and were always pleasant to me and efficient. I also had other staff help me with my ice for a health problem. I needed it frozen every night and they helped me, not prying into the details of why I needed it other than it's for my health issue. And I look very healthy so sometimes people (at other places) aren't so helpful. I really loved the staff here and the great job they did in caring for us. They went above and beyond. The lobby of the hotel is elegant with nice lighting. The food that's served in the restaurant is delicious. The rooms are cozy. And there is laundry service, too. It's about 5 Euro per bag which is great for people like us who want to use our time in Ireland to not be doing laundry. The breakfasts there are amazing, a breakfast bar and you can order more from a menu (all included in our breakfast). Everything was top notch. I give it all 5 stars for sure. We had a great stay with the Cavan Crystal Hotel. And the staff was truly amazing. Some of the best service I've ever had. They do it with a kind word and a smile!

Great location, great hotel but food service was a let down in the bar, some staff have a bit of an attitude when they see a group come in

My husband and I visited on a Sat afternoon. It was very busy but the staff were super attentive and efficient that we were seated and served in no time. The food was beautiful. Husband had the Caesar salad, I had tuna melt and we shared dirty fries. Husband got a free mince pie which he said was gorgeous. A fantastic experience and would 100% visit again

Had an overnight stay recently whilst attending an event. Upon our arrival to this beautiful hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist and found the atmosphere within the large reception area to be so peaceful and ambient. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and very helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, with everything you would need for an overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious, would highly recommend trying their full Irish option. Would definitely recommend a stay and look forward to our next visit.

I am a regular customer to Chapter One and it is always top quality food, coffee and service. I visited today with my 8 month old baby. He knocked my coffee all over the floor and the cup broke. I was flustered and embarrassed but the staff dealt with it so so well despite being busy. Before, I knew it the floor was cleaned and I had a fresh coffee in front of me. Made a stressful situation so much easier on a tired mammy. Thanks.
