Lovely pub food served by friendly staff in a welcoming atmosphere

We didn't go downstairs as it was a young crowd, but we stayed upstairs and there was a great duo on guitar.

There was traditional music upstairs and two bands downstairs the night I went. Good fun!

I've been going here for years so it seems right that I should review. Consistently great service, food is delicious and very reasonably priced compared o the market. Never booked a table over the years, but max waiting time even on busy days is 15 mins or so, but usually a lot quicker or most of the time no wait.

The Cellar in Galway is a must see for everyone. Great food and Great service. And a lovely feel to the place. Home from home

The food was good. The service was friendly and quick. It was quite restless and loud.

Stopped in for dinner. Got the wings as a meal with chips. Did the buffalo sauce. Excellent wings and sauce. My wife got the chicken and broccoli pasta which was awesome too. They have a great drink menus with traditional mixed drinks as well as their own spin on traditional drinks. If you are in the area, make t The Cellar a food and drink stop!
